AFFIDAVIT OF RESIDENCE

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx New York xxxxx,
verify that MR. xxxxxxxxx & MRS xxxxxxxxx & I executed binding lease
agreement as of May 24, 2023, with move in from June 15, 2023 for 2 years till
June 14, 2025. Therefore MR xxxxxxx AND MRS xxxxxxxxxxx and their
children xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx & xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx are my
tenant effective date of June 15, 2023 for TWO year of term with renewable
option. I also verify that Mr xxxxxxxxxxxx and Mrs xxxxxxxxx has 2 children who
will reside at my property with their parent Mr xxxxxxxxxxxx and Mrs xxxxxxxxxx.

I declare that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the information herein are
true and this AFFIDAVIT will be submitted to Chappaqua Central School District
Office for ther children’ s education purpose.
