Role: C&B Leader

Location: Bangalore

Purpose of the role

The Compensation and Benefits Leader is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the
organization's compensation and benefits programs. This individual will work closely with the executive
leadership team to develop strategies that support the company's goals and objectives while ensuring that
the organization's compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry
standards. The C&B leader is responsible for owning the entire C&B function and be a trusted adviser to
the Microland leadership team. To provide thought leadership so that we attract and hire the best talent
from the market for the assigned functions/businesses at Microland

Role & Responsibilities

 Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned
with industry standards.
 Conduct market research and analysis to determine industry trends and ensure that the
organization's compensation and benefits packages are competitive.
 Develop and maintain job evaluation and classification systems to ensure that salaries and benefits
are consistent with job responsibilities and requirements.
 Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits
administration, including performance-based incentives, employee stock option plans, and other
compensation-related programs.
 Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
administration.
 Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and providers to ensure that the
organization's benefits programs are cost-effective and efficient.
 Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all compensation and benefits-
related matters.
 Develop and implement employee communication and education programs related to
compensation and benefits to ensure that employees have a clear understanding of their benefits
package and how it aligns with their overall compensation package.
 Provide data and analysis to the executive leadership team to support decision-making related to
compensation and benefits.
 Excellent Stakeholder Management: be a trusted adviser for the geography and should be able to
play a consultative role amongst different stakeholders like BPHR team, TA team and effective
stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
 Responsible for compensation benchmark for the respective geography.
 Responsible for benefit design proposal and effective program management of the same.
 Would be responsible for benefits design and assist with the design of benefit programs. 

Pre-Requisites for the Role:

 Bachelor's degree in human resources with MBA (Full time) from Premier Institutions preferred.
 Minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, with a proven
track record of success in a C&B Manager role.
 Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations, including experience
with job evaluation and classification systems, incentive programs, and employee stock option
plans.
 Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
