ZARA

1. Do you think Zara’s solution to leverage automation – online kiosks and behind-the-scene
robots – is a sustainable strategy?
I agree with Zara's influence mechanization response, even if Zara's goals need both in-store and
online buying. Web stands let customers verify their purchase codes online.
However, robots picks up orders and delivers them to dropped shipments behind the scenes so
clients may get them. Zara's invention shows long-term business planning. Zara has to find a
means to stay up with their competition as they gain more, which lowers their profit. They also
presented a unique concept that may have intrigued folks. This may attract consumers.
2. If you were part of the decision-marketing team in Zara, which type of functional strategy
would you adopt to improve the market share position of Zara?
I'd choose its tasks process if I were in Zara's dynamic group. Zara needs an operations
strategy for manufacturing and service-oriented businesses to provide the best customer service
and compete with online retailers.
Zara may need a Research and Development Strategy. Their innovation is excellent.
However, if they consistently enhance it and use innovations, it is much improved. This would
appeal to people since they like new stuff.
