Port to port scanning. 5/11/23 -Checking of RAM, -The PC is still defective. -Check if the PC still have a hard drive, power warranty. If yes, we need to supply and cleaning of make a report to be the entire PC. submitted in Lenovo, if it doesn’t have a warranty the PC will be tagged as retired. 5/12/23 -Replace some No problem encountered. N/A keyboard and mouse to specific production. -Fixing of monitor.
