solemnly and declare on oath as under:-
01. That I accept to be engaged as Academic Arrangement Lecturer/Teaching Assistant in the Subject of
______________ for the session; 2023-24 & I accept all the terms and conditions laid down for
engagement of candidates on Academic Arrangement in Higher Education Department vide Govt.
Order No. 46-JK(HE) of 2022, dated: 28-02-2022 and Addendum to Government Order No: - 46-JK
(HE) of 2022, Dated:-28.02.2022 under endorsement No. HED-estb/12/2022-04 Dated:-10-02-2023
02. That on my enrollment as Lecturer/Teaching Assistant I will accept the salary fixed by the Govt. as
admissible under rules from the date of joining to closure of the session (or filling up of post by way of
transfer or direct appointment; which shall result in my dis-engagement).
03. That engagement shall be for a period of one academic session which is from the date of arrangement
or till the close of academic session which includes the period of examination (without any break) or
till the post is filled up by way of transfer or an appointment of a candidate duly selected by the
competent authority, whichever is earlier.
04. That I shall maintain the discipline and sanctity and shall not act in a manner un-becoming of a
lecturer/ college teacher. Lack of officer like qualities or indiscipline of any kind will entail
disengagement.
05. That after the expiry of my period of engagement I shall not seek extension of engagement as a matter
of right nor shall I shall I have any claim for permanent adjustment in Higher Education Department on
account of my having remained temporarily engaged as Academic Arrangement.
06. That I shall maintain punctuality and shall work to the entire satisfaction of students as well as
Principal of the college.
07. In addition to terms and Conditions as contained in the Advertisement Notice I undertake that I am not
working in any Govt. or Semi Govt. Organization or in receipt of any Scholarship/financial support
leading to the award of degree scheme.
08. That if any complaint is received with the clash in my obtaining higher qualification with the period of
engagement as lecturer/teaching assistant on Academic Arrangement during the past period, my
engagement shall be liable to be cancelled and shall not claim remuneration for the worked period.
09. That in case of any verdict against any institution/university by the Hon’ble Court my engagement as
Academic Arrangement Candidate as Lecturer/Teaching Assistant is liable to be cancelled.
10. That in case post is filled up by selection of regular faculty I shall not claim for continuation and shall
leave the contract.
11. If on verification the certificates produced by me are proved fake or forged, the appointment shall be
cancelled ab-initio.
12. That I shall submit the CID verification regarding my character and antecedents for drawl of my
salary/honorarium for the period I shall work.
