Dear Manta,

As per your concern about compensation, you will get compensation as your FIR is
filled SHO of the police shares the information with the state legal action team or
district legal action team. You just need to feel from no 1 to start the claiming
process. The minimum amount is 4,00,000 rs and maximum is 7,00,000 rs which
may get extended in victims needs it. you will receive this compensation if you
loss the case on the grounds of lack of evidence.This facts as per the case:Serina

You get the compansation on the basis of violation of acticle 21(A). This
compensation comes under victim compensation schemes under guidelines of
supreme court,case law: Nipun Saxena v.s Union of India, WP(c) no.565/2012.

To get maximum compensation, while writing application you must include that
you are college student unable to go to the college, psychologically disturbed,need
regular counseling by q psychologist, you needs a tutor at home ,also your
financial condition that you are poor and cannot afford this much expenditure.you
