The petitioner above named humbly submits as under:

1. That Respondent/Opposite Party has/have started construction of a wall

obstructing road causing obstruction to the passing of petitioner and other

residents of the same area in spite of repeated requests not to do so.

2. That petitioner is a peace loving citizen and lives within the jurisdiction of

this Hon’ble Court and under the aforementioned police station.

3. That Respondent/Opposite Party joined hands with some nearby residents to

close the road and block all the ways in collusion with municipal officials.

4. That petitioner has been, on many occasions, threatened by the said

Respondent/Opposite Party and threatened to close the passage stating that

municipal authorities are in my hand.

 5. That the petitioner has lodged many complaints both to police and municipal

authorities to which no action has been taken. This has emboldened the

Respondent/Opposite Party and caused a great disturbance to the

complainant as well as to other residents, causing violence disturbance in

place and public-ranguility.

PRAYER

In view thereof the humble petitioner prays that aforesaid allegation be enquired

into and Respondent/Opposite Party be ordered to execute bonds, security for

keeping peace for a period that the court may deem fit and proper to fix in the

current circumstances.
