B. Operation Strategies
The Raw materials and condiments will be used to form the
sandwiches. The customers also have the right to choose their
known condiments so that it will add variety to the customers.
We also use our components to met the objective of making a
sandwich. We use the electricity for the lights, toasters, and
heaters. Knife for cutting the sandwiches etc. Also, to meet the
customers satisfaction, we will be also doing surveys to know
what will the customers want to be added, organized, evaluate
and more.
C. Critical risk
Sandwiches are a common part of a food in breaks or lunch. But
due to its blandness or usual taste etc. many people will find our
product bland or not unique in any ways. Not to mention the
many competitions that will happened. Due to many risks, we
would need to find a solution that will solve these problems. Thats
why we WANT the customers to pick their own condiments to be
more unique and will make people try different combinations.
We will also put advertisements that will make the customers
engaged with our sandwich making business and will help
compete with our competitors. We also mention that we put
surveys and ratings to know the feedbacks of our customers.
Encourage our customers to buy our product with the form of
snowballing. If one important person is intrigued on our product,
it will also make other people be interested and it continues.
This is just the beginning of our sandwich making business and will
be happy to get more feedbacks and information about our
entrepeneurship.
