Inside Sales at Pella (PLL-ISR)

Criteria:
1. outbound calling OR inside sales
2. Construction background is preferred
3. Search at companies like Spectrum, ATT or similar.
4. Make 50 calls per day.
5. Manage Rehash and Quote follow-up
6. Schedule appointments for Outside Sales

Compensation (internal use only): Compensation: up to $45K base +incentive.


OTE first year= $60K+ No cap on incentives. Benefits.

Location: Show room in North Austin

Inside Sales Associate

Pella

You must have prior success finding and qualifying sales leads to set

appointments. You must be effective at taking an existing lead from our


database and follow up to close a deal. You must be able to
communicate effectively and professionally to small/mid-sized B2B
organizations and managers, as well as homeowners who have

previously requested a quote from us.

You must excel at prospecting. You must have excellent follow up


skills.You must possess listening, analytical, problem solving and strong
closing skills. You must have a track record of meeting and exceeding
quotas/goals.

You should be a self-starter, persistent, highly motivated, goal

oriented, and passionate about what you do. You should be able to
work with limited supervision.
