PROJECT PROPOSAL
I. Title: SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT ELLECTION
VENUE: Sto. Tomas National High School
INCLUSIVE DATES: FEBUARY 14, 2020

II. TARGET PARTICIPANTS: STNHS Grade 7-12

III. PROPONENT: Student Supreme Government (SSG) Adviser and Officers
IV. Rationale
As stated in the Mandated Programs, Projects and Activities of the Supreme
Student Government (SSG) and Division Memorandum No. 77 s. 2020, Supreme Pupil
Government and Supreme Student Government Synchronized Election of Officers for
School Year 2020-2021. The Supreme Student Government will be conducting election
on February 14, 2020 at Sto. Tomas National High School.

V. Objectives:

The election aims to have a new batch of Supreme Student Government officers.
To be a leader and as representative of students in the school.

Specific Objectives:

1. Club’s registration and elections

2. Election of Officers (including SSG Peace Officer, Grade 12, 11 and 7
Representative)
V. METHODOLOGY

The SSG Election will be done at the school ground and the following to be used
are office supplies (manila paper, marker, bond papers, marker, masking tape, certificate
papers)

 MONITORING and EVALUATION

The monitoring and evaluation team will be spearheaded by the Principal Danilo P.
Gayao and the Head Teacher Edgar P. Soriano and the SSG Adviser to check on the
implementation of the activities provided in the matrix for the Supreme Student
Government for further feedbacks/recommendation.
