This is for information to all concerned that multiple choice based objective type
Preliminary Test for the Assistant Recruitment Examination, 2023 (under Advertisement
No. PHC/01/2023) was held on 30.04.2023 (Sunday) in single sitting at various examination
centres situated at Begusarai, Bhojpur at Ara, Gaya, Jehanabad, Muzaffarpur, Patna
and Vaishali at Hajipur.
The Provisional Answer Key of all the series of Question Booklet i.e. A, B, C & D of the
Preliminary Test are being published herewith as Annexure- I.
A candidate, who has appeared in this examination and wishes to make any
objection/clarification etc. regarding any provisional Answer Key, he/she may, submit online
request through the link provided on the official website of the High Court i.e.
www.patnahighcourt.gov.in from 09.05.2023 to 15.05.2023 (11:59 P.M.) with copy of authentic
source document(s)/proof, on the basis of which he/she has submitted the objection/clarification.
Candidates are required to pay online a sum of Rs. 50/- (Rupee Fifty Only) for each
question challenged. This fee shall be non-refundable. Objections received within aforesaid time
and in aforesaid mode with the stipulated fee will only be taken into consideration.
Any objection/ clarification received without any authentic proof/source and/ or the
stipulated fee or any objection/clarification received after aforesaid stipulated period/time shall not
be entertained/ considered on any ground whatsoever and shall stand rejected automatically
without assigning any reason.
The provisional Answer Key shall be finalized after considering the valid objections
received and the final answer key shall be used as Key/Model Answer for the generation of result of
the Assistant Recruitment Examination, 2023. After closing date of submission of objection(s), no
representation regarding Question/ final Model Answer, shall be entertained on any ground and
shall stand rejected without assigning any reason. In case no objection is received within prescribed
time then the model answer key published herewith shall be treated as final and result will be
generated accordingly.
The decision of the High Court of Judicature at Patna on the objections shall be final and
no further correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
The candidates are advised to keep visiting the Court’s website regularly for further details
/ updates.
