-it is an energy in transit (transferred from one body to another).
-Heat is a form of energy.

Importance of Heat Energy
1. To cook food.
2. Dry and disinfect clothes.
3. Warming up our body

Movement of Particles
What can you say about their movement?
A higher average energy from the movement of particle also means higher temperature and
vice versa.
Thus heat enery can be created through vibration of molecules inside those substances.
The faster they move, the more heat they reproduced, and the hotter they become.
Heat energy is a form of energy that transfer from higher temperature to lower
temperature.
Heat energy transfers into three ways: conduction, convection, and radiation.
