    CAPE TOWN EXPO 2023: DISTRICT EXPO PROGRAMME for

    SCHOOLS
    SATURDAY 20 MAY
    STAR COLLEGE BRIDGETOWN

    09.00 – 09.30 Learners arrive, register in the foyer, then put up


    their project in the Hall. Learners will be given a
    project number and must put their project up at the
    relevant number. Projects will be arranged in
    categories. Remember to bring Prestik.
    Teachers can assist learners with getting their
    projects up.

    09.30 – 09.45 Refreshments for Learners and for Teachers.

    09.45 – 10.00 Learners go back at projects for discussion with the


    Project Approval team.
    Teachers can listen to suggestions.

    10.00 – 12.15 Learners chat with Mentors about their projects


    and write down all the suggestions that the Mentors
    give them, and Project Approval continues.
    Teachers can listen to suggestions.

    12.15 – 12.30 Final chance for Questions from Learners to any of


    the Mentors or Project Approval Team

    12.30 – 12.45 Learners take down their projects and schools can
    leave.
