HYUNDAI 210 L EXCAVATOR VEHICLE LEASE

AGREEMENT

1) THE PARTIES
This Lease Agreement made on 25th May, 2023 between :

Lessor: PANUGANTI BALRAJ

R/O.8-2-310r/14&15,Ibrahim Nagar, Raghavendra Colony, Hyderabad.

Lessee(s): BHIMA’S BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS

Having its place of business at Plot No 66,Flat No G2,Mithilanagar,Banjarahils
Road no 12,Hyderabad.

The Lessor, PANUGANTI BALRAJ agrees to lease the

HYUNDAI EXCAVATOR 210 to the Lessee BHIMA’S BUILDERS &
DEVELOPERS 05th JUNE 2023 to 05th JUNE 2027 according to the terms
and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2) THE HYUNDAI EXCAVATOR 210 L

The vehicle is being leased is as described below:

3) USE OF VEHICLE
 Intended Purpose: The Excavator will be used to excavate sand from
Chinaodela Sand Reach from Check Dam across the Manair Rever at
Chinaodela Village of Odela Manda, Peddapalli District and transport
the same to stockyard.
 The machine shall be used for 260/hours per month and any excess usage
of hours beyond the said hours shall paid proportionately.
  Hire charges for HYUNDAI -210 L Excavator Diesel Monthly Rent Rs ,
2,20,000 ( Two Lakh Twenty Thousand Rupees Only).
 GST will be included in above value.
 Royallty will be scope of company usage.
 Vehicle Owner will have to arrange for the driver and his salary will be
given to the vehicle owner
 If there is any effect in the vehicle then it will be responsibility of the
vehicle owner,whose repair will be done by the the vehicle owner.
 The lessee Confirms that the vehicle will be used for sand excavation .
 Payment terms : Against submission of bills within 30 working days from
the date of submission of bills.
 The above rates are included required coordination of Quality check of
materials.
 All purposes legal under local and national law.
 M/S .PANUGANTI BALRAJ shall adhere to the company’s Ethics &
Compliance policy.
 Any change in use of the property must be approved in writing by Lesor.
 Payments will be made by Cheques /DD only.

4) ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
 Additional information on any further terms and conditions, such
as additional fees, annual mileage limits, early termination etc will be
based on usage and work .
