How do you describe a DNSC teacher? How can you say so?

describe a DNSC teacher so for me I
describe the DNSC teacher or teachers so
they are ahm academically competent for me
so it is because ahm of their background ah
as well as their ahm their contribution to the
academy ah I also experienced ahm how
competent they are in terms of teaching
students as well as they have ah very very
outstanding pedagogical skills….

What are the positive attributes of a DNSC teacher you observed? Why?
“So for that question about positive attributes

one of the positive attributes I observed to
DNSC teachers is they are ah they have the
perseverance I think they persevere to teach
ah to teach although the mode of learning is
ahm quite difficult but they manage it then
another attribute is they are being
considerate so they always consider those
students who have ah financial incapacity ah
especially those who don’t have good digital
devices so as such they extend the paper
works that need to submit so para lang ah
makuan matabangan to siya na studyante na
naglisod jud siya kung naglisod sya kung

but the cellphone is not that very good model

DNSC teachers are well skilled and
competent when it comes to professional
basis. In fact, our teachers are coming from

lessons because they really discussed it well
for us to understand.”

attributes that I observed is that mostly they
are understanding. Let’s say in terms of
deadline, we can’t pass it always on time

and second year college nako naa man

considerate wala na siya no kay they are

ning gawas si considerate they are very
considerate to the other students kay dili man

experienced sa akong professors especially

“Actually, since I am in first year. In my case,
I usually joined pageantry and that is why I
passed my activities in late. They are really
understanding especially the professors in
my institute.”

What are the negative attributes of a DNSC teacher you observed? Why?
“So for negative attributes well one of the
negative attributes I observed to DNSC
teachers is that some of the teacher they
tend to fancied someone so meaning kanang
ganahan sila ana so katong bataa si
masipsip so since they fancied fancied and
favoritism so it may cause barriers among
other students which is not good and I think it
may cause disequilibrium and the students
may feel lack of this course.

observed to DNSC teachers is that is that
some of the teacher they tend to fancied
someone meaning they like students who are

don’t believe it and they just invalidate the
feelings of the student since the guidelines is

What do you like the most about DNSC teachers?

“So for that what I like the most about DNSC
teachers are most of the teachers their sense
of integrity so ah they always ah show ah
honest result ah results or transparency of
your grades and a strong moral and ethical
principles that is embedded to themselves so
naa koy teacher sa science he is very
transparent no when you ask about grades or
your outputs or ahm your grade ihatag jud
niya kanang kompleto jud with all the resibo
gyud kana siya human very objective jud siya
muhatag ug grade wala siya kanang though

“What I like the most about DNSC teachers is
that they are really approachable. The
learning environment is inclusive not
exclusive. When it comes to asking some
help, they will help and they are very
welcoming.”

“What I like the most about DNSC teachers is

that most of the teachers they have their
sense of integrity, they always show honest
result or transparency of your grades. Also, a
strong moral and ethical principles that is
embedded to themselves. So, I have this
teacher who is very transparent in terms of
asking grades or outputs. He is very
objective teacher and always shows honesty.

What attributes of a DNSC teacher embody that make DNSC known as the Home of
Academic Excellence?

“So the qualities that the DNSC teachers
possess ahm over other local higher
education institutions so maybe so maybe
the DNSC teachers maybe they are students
centered not subject centered no because
naka try naman gud mag skwela sa UM
transferee man ko so kuan UM professor or
instructor so they well just read the textbook
then next page na dayon mao nato siya ug
unsa tong naa didto mao lang pud ilahang
itudlo unlike sa DNSC teachers who expound
akong experiences gina ingon jud sa amoa
na unsaon na imong ka bright ug wala kay
batasan so dapat mag uban jud na silang
duh ana tag line ta na home of academic

topnotcher is that ang mga teachers naga pa

“All I can say is that we are not just aiming for
academic excellence but we DNSC as a
whole especially the teachers, they instill
value and academic excellence. Values and
academic excellence are always partner
because what is the purpose of your
intelligence if you don’t have proper manner.
We are not just called home of academic
because we have a lot of topnotchers it is
because teachers our honing the students to
have the capability to bring the core values of
the DNSC outside the school. Base on my
experienced, teachers are really competent
and mobilized quality education.”

“So I think that our institutions what I like the
most is their versatility so although they have

they are also coming from performing
schools, they also bring this kind of learning
in the DNSC which is very helpful to boost
our image and also the reason why we are
called the home of academic excellence.
Also, DNSC teachers are giving quality
education and they always prioritized
cooperation rather than competition.”

think that it is hard to socialized with others
but as what I’ve observed, our faculties are
effective the way they handle students
especially in relationship like the way they
are having a bonding, there’s nothing holding
them back. Yes, boundaries are practiced but
students are free to interact. In terms in our
program which is social work, since we are
pioneering pressure is always present but
also, they always instill that we should enjoy
while learning because your learning is not
effective when you are pressured.”
