General objectives

 Assessment of general situation of the mechanic workshop setup.

 Capacity building of staff etc.

Specific objectives

 Improvement of fuelling system of the generators

 Support Log Base in fuel follow up
 Review of spare parts stock and indicate sleeping, overstock and expired items
 Support for international order preparation
 Support for building of a new pit and car washing place
 How to deal with burnt oil?
 Fixing of hydraulic press together with the mechanic and assistant
 Electric fuel gun at MH needs to be fixed.
 Fitness assessment of project fleet & generators
 Review of all the maintenance logbooks and job cards.
 Implementation of MSF standard tools in the project for fleet management.

Expected results

 Suggestion for improvement of the fuelling of the generators, for example installation of
additional fuel tank.
 List of part to order internationally.
 End of Visit report.

Briefing.

 Log Manager (Compulsory),

 Update project what has been done and they well understood and satisfied.
 Pending task with define reason/s and action plan for those pending tasks.
 Planning of next visit.
 Field Co (optional)

Check list for visit preparation.

All tools and means of work are available with technician or in field.
All material requires for particular job is available in field.
Personal involved at project level are informed and available for visit support,
especially in case of any training involved.
ToR is finalized by all concern and validated by LogCo. (Part of final ToR)
Visit is validated by all concerns (FC, HoM) in terms of contextual requirement.
Other stockholders are also informed e.g. administrations etc.
Travel administrational arrangement, field informed, tickets etc. (part of final ToR)
Note: Each technical position can adapt according to their jobs needs.
