Role Designation: Sr. Mgr HR Tech and Process Department: Human Resources
Reengineering
Function: Human Resources Company: Motilal Oswal Financial Services
Reporting to: Head – HR Operations

Job Purpose
He / She is responsible for leading the development and implementation of technology solutions
to improve HR processes and increase efficiency. This role involves identifying areas for
improvement, evaluating technology solutions, and working with HR team members and
stakeholders to implement and optimize these solutions.

Assessment of HR systems and benchmarking 1) Assess the current state of HR processes
with available technological solutions and identify areas that need
improvement.
2) Gather and understand data on HR
activities and operations to understand
Time spent, frequency of activity and
ability to be automated. This should also
include factors such as the number of
errors or redundancies, and employee
satisfaction.
3) Track and update organisation about
emerging technologies and tools in HR
space
Process mapping and calibration 1) Map out the current HR processes and
identify areas for improvement.
2) Identify bottlenecks and areas where
processes can be streamlined.
3) Work with HR process owners to
streamline and automate processes
Evaluation of technology 1) Evaluate the technology solutions
available to support those
improvements.
2) Research and compare HR technology
solutions and work with vendors to
identify incremental changes which can
lead to more benefits
Implementation 1) Create BRD to work with Tech teams to
implement desired changes program
2) Configure and customise the
technology to meet the organization's
needs
3) Program manage delivery of these HR
tech interventions
4) Ensure UAT is done and feedback
incorporated to launch successful
system / upgrades
5) Train and launch program to ensure
desired uptake and benefits of HR tech
intervention
Continuous Improvement 1) Regularly assess the effectiveness of the
new processes and technology solutions
to make adjustments as needed to
ensure ongoing success.
