Sinjhoro Plant Synopsis and future Targets

1) Summary
i) Total 03 main units, Dehydration, LPG Recover and Condensate Stabilization along with
related utilities and flare system was relocated from Dhodak in 2012, re-installed at this site
and commissioned in January 03, 2013.
ii) In second phase, installation of Gathering, Feed & Sales Gas Compressors and LPG Recovery
Unit installed and commissioned on July 07, 2015
iii) On December 17, 2015 Membrane Unit installed and commissioned and downstream of LPG
unit.
iv) On May 17, 2019 Bitrism Block connected with Plant by installing its dedicated separator and
associated piping and finally commissioned.
v) On June 15, 2019 Permeate Gas supply to M/s Hi-Tech started
vi) On June 14, 2021 Got ISO-45001 & 14000 Certification.
vii) On December 20, 2021 Gundenwari well injected into system through Bitrism Block HP
Separator.
viii) On December 29, 2021 Pandhi well injected into system through a dedicated Separator.
ix) Sales Gas Enhancement Project executed in 2022, Membrane Package along with Pre-
Treatment Package shifted from Daru Facilities and Installed at Sinjhoro in addition to Bitrism
Block Medium Pressure Separator and along with associated piping and process control
equipment. This project successfully commissioned on dated April 04, 2022
x) Chabaro well also commissioned on dated April 04, 2022 through Bitrism Block well stream 8”
line and processed along with Bitrism Block Wells in Comingled Form.
xi) On May 31, 2022 Well Hakeem Daho # 3 successfully connected and injected into system for
process.
xii) And Finally on October 03, 2022 Well Lalai Jamli # successfully connected and injected into
system for process.

4) Future Targets

i) Completion of Bitrism & Chabaro Process gas transfer to Bobi Plant project.
ii) Completion of Produced Water Re-injection project.
iii) ATA-2023 (March 07- March 15)
iv) Up gradation of V-6001B Hot Oil package startup and control PLC.
