Methodology

In order to come up with the result of the evaluation the researcher conducted an
interview at Brgy. Nuangan Kidapawan City to ensure and receive a detail by detail
information. The statements are listed below:

Questions:

1. How did you maintain the cleanliness of your barangay during the pandemic?
2. Is there any alternatives or method you designed to maintain waste management?
3. Did you implement a rules to follow in the community in order to maintain the
cleanliness of your environment ?
4. Are this rules still followed?

Results and Discussion

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials implemented ang program TUPAD that
all the beneficiaries of the barangay must maintain the cleanliness not only in their
house but also in their environment in the community. All of those beneficiaries are
required to make a gardening out their house in order them to avoid going out if it is
unnecessary. It is to prevent the spread of the viruses causing physical contact or near
to each other. The MRF strictly ordered each Purok are required to put a designated
trash bins to sustain the segregation of biodegradable and non biodegradable garbage,
and in order to sustain the cash that are receiving by all beneficiaries programmed by
government, they must keep the main road and each roadway clean. It must not seen
with so many diapers thrown by people in the community. There is an executive order
that people in the community should not just throw their garbage anywhere or else
there will be a consequences such as: community guidance, and 5hours community
service. These rules are still followed, however not all the time and luckily most of
the people in the community are still following the executive order even Covid-19
Pandemic is already over.

Conclusions

The following conclusions were derived based on the interview:

1. The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials implemented ang program TUPAD that
all the beneficiaries of the barangay must maintain the cleanliness not only in their
house but also in their environment in the community. All of those beneficiaries are
required to make a gardening out their house in order them to avoid going out if it is
unnecessary.
2. There is an executive order that people in the community should not just throw
their garbage anywhere or else there will be a consequences such as: community
guidance, and 5hours community service.
3. The MRF strictly ordered each Purok are required to put a designated trash bins
to sustain the segregation of biodegradable and non biodegradable garbage.
Recommendations

1. The brgy. Officials should implement a rules that not just all beneficiaries must do
a task but all the people in the community.
