KIMBERLY ESTERKIN

Kimberly rejoined ADDO in 2019, having previously worked at ADDO from 2011 to 2015. With
of experience in investor relations, finance and corporate communications, Kimberly has mana
and public relations campaigns for pre- and post-public companies, including those going pub
traditional IPO and SPAC processes. Kimberly works across industries with experience in the he
wellness, agriculture, financial services, TMT, consumer, retail, energy and engineering & const
industries. Kimberly’s clients rely on her for strategic messaging and IR plan implementation, t
quarterly earnings support, media training, proxy outreach, M&A messaging, buy-side and sel
targeting, analyst days, corporate communications, investor website design, and ESG report im
amongst other areas. Before rejoining ADDO, Kimberly helped guide the rapid expansion of Te
as its in-house Manager of Investor Relations during a period that saw the company triple its m
capitalization. Prior to entering the field of investor relations, Kimberly conducted fixed income
research for a boutique financial consulting firm in New York and supported a private wealth in
team at Goldman Sachs’ Los Angeles office managing more than $9 billion in assets. Kimberly g
summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and holds certificates in fixed income an
from New York University and the New York Institute of Finance. She is President of the Los Ang
