As you know Powerhouse91 is in the business of acquiring multiple e-commerce

marketplace brands and running them concurrently. It is very critical for us to maintain
healthy stock levels while meeting the demand projections shared by the business team.

1. Suppose you were to manage sourcing and procurement for multiple products
including packaging across multiple brands that are being sourced domestically and
internationally, how will you plan the replenishment cycle given the following
assumptions:-
a. MOM Demand Increase: 25%
b. Ideal domestic supplier delivery cycle: 30 days
c. Ideal International supplier delivery cycle: 65 days ( from the date of placing
the order)
d. Buffer stock: 20%
e. MOQ: 3500 units

You can assume we have historical data for the past 4 months. The current scale of the
products is between 3000-5000 units per month. You can choose the starting point as per
your convenience.
Given that the increase in the demand will be erratic ( high growth for some products and
medium growth for others) you have to create an inventory planning model on excel in which
we can plug in the relevant variables and forecast the inventory required for the following
quarters.

3. Can you define generic SOPs in the form of a flow chart for the following cases?
a. Vendor On-boarding
b. Vendor Service Level
c. Quality Check of products
