बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा न के वल बैंजकांग उद्योग में बजकक राष्ट्रीय स्ट्तर पर भारतीय भाषा-साजहत्य एवां सांस्ट्कृ जत के प्रोत्साहन हेतु नवोममेषी
कायों के जलए अनक ु रणीय उदाहरण के रूप में देखा िाता है। इस जदशा में नवोममेषी कायों की श्ृांखला में अब बैंक द्वारा जवजभमन
भारतीय भाषाओ ां में प्रकाजशत उपमयासों के जहदां ी में अनवु ाद सांबांधी कायड को प्रोत्साजहत करने के उद्देश्य से ‘बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा
राष्ट्रभाषा सम्मान’ नामक राष्ट्रीय सम्मान की शरुु आत की िा रही है। साजहत्य और भाषा को एक मचां पर लाने और जहदां ी भाषा
के क्षेत्र में अनवु ादकों के योगदान को गहराई से रे खाजां कत करने के उद्देश्य से बैंक द्वारा राष्ट्रीय स्ट्तर पर एक जवजशि सम्मान स्ट्थाजपत
करने का जनणडय जलया गया है। अलग-अलग भाषाएां भारत की पहचान होने के साथ-साथ देश की ताकत भी हैं। बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा
इन सभी भाषाओ ां को राष्ट्र की भाषा मानते हुए एक साथ लाने का एक छोटा परांतु महत्वपणू ड प्रयास कर रहा है।
इस सम्मान के अांतर्गत भारतीय भाषाओां से वहदां ी में अनूवदत एिां भारत में प्रकावित विवभन्न पपन्यासों में सवोत्कृ ष्ट्ट पाई गई कृ जत
एवां अमय श्ेष्ट् कृ जतयों को सम्मान-रॉफी एवां प्रशजस्ट्त फलक के साथ-साथ जनम्नानसु ार सम्मान राजश प्रदान की िाएगी। तथाजप,
यह राजश बैंक के पणू ड जववेक पर समय-समय पर सांशोधनों/पररवतडन के अधीन होगी:

मलू लेखक को ₹ 03.00 लाख (₹ तीन लाख)

प्रजवजियों हेतु रजिस्ट्रेशन बैंक की वेबसाइट पर उपल ध https://www.bankofbaroda.in/bank-of-baroda-
rashtrabhasha-samman वलक ां पर वदनाांक 22.03.2023 प्रातः 10.00 बजे से वदनाांक 07.04.2023 सायां 5.00 बजे तक
के बीच जकया िा सकता है। प्रजवजियाां जहदां ी अनवु ादकों एवां प्रकाशकों दोनों से आमजां त्रत हैं। तथाजप, ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन की
प्रजिया परू ी करने के उपराांत एक सप्ताह के अदां र सल ां ग्न लागू आवेदन प्रारूप में सचू नाएां भरकर हस्ट्ताक्षर के साथ

जहदां ी अनवु ादकों एवां प्रकाशकों दोनों से प्रजवजियाां आमजां त्रत हैं। प्रकाशकों के मामले में आवेदन प्रारूप पर प्रकाशन के स्ट्वामी/
अजधकृ त हस्ट्ताक्षरकताड के हस्ट्ताक्षर आवश्यक होंगे।
वहदां ी अनुिादकों से:
 प्रत्येक अनव ु ादक द्वारा केिल एक ही प्रविवि प्रेजषत की िा सकती है।
 प्रजवजि प्रेजषत करने के जलए ऑनलाइन पांिीकरण अजनवायड होगा। ऑनलाइन पांिीकरण की प्रजिया नीचे दी गई है।
 अनव ु ादक को अनजू दत कृ जत के प्रकाशन का महीना एवां वषड (प्रथम सांस्ट्करण) से सांबांजधत साक्ष्य तथा मल
ू कृ जत के अनुवाद के
प्राजधकार से सांबांजधत साक्ष्य उपल ध करवाना होगा।
 सम्मान के आरांजभक वषड अथाडतव वषड 2023 के जलए 1 िनवरी, 2021 से 31 माचड, 2023 के दौरान भारतीय भाषाओ ां
(सांजवधान की आ वीं अनसु ूची में शाजमल भाषाओ)ां से जहदां ी में अनजू दत एवां भारत में प्रकाजशत उपमयासों पर जवचार जकया
िाएगा।
प्रकािकों से:
 प्रत्येक प्रकाशक को अविकतम 5 प्रविवियाां प्रेजषत करने की अनम ु जत होगी।
 कृ जत के प्रकाशन एवां पांिीकरण आजद के सांबांध में अनव
ु ादक हेतु लागू अमय जनयम प्रकाशकों हेतु भी लागू होंगे।
 Bank of Baroda Rashtrabhasha Samman-2023
Bank of Baroda is considered as a role model not only for its innovative work in the banking
industry but also in promoting Indian language-literature and culture at the national level. In a
series of innovative works in this direction, the Bank is now initiating a national award named
'Bank of Baroda Rashtrabhasha Samman' to encour age tr anslation of Novels published in
various Indian languages in Hindi. The Bank has decided to establish a special National Award
with the aim to bring literature and language on one platform and to highlight the contribution of
translators in the field of Hindi language. The languages spoken in India are the identity as well as
the strength of the country. Considering them as the languages of the nation, the above initiative is
a small but significant step from Bank of Baroda for creating linkage amongst all these languages.
Under this Award, the best work and other 5 shortlisted works among the various Novels translated
from Indian languages in Hindi and published in India will be awar ded with a tr ophy and
plaque along with the following Award amounts. However, this amount shall be subject to
amendments/changes from time to time at the absolute discretion of the Bank.
Award winning Work (Novel):
₹ 21.00 lakh (₹ twenty one lakh) to the original author.
₹ 15.00 Lakh (₹ Fifteen Lakh) to Hindi Translator
Other 5 Best Shortlisted Works:
₹ 03.00 lakh (₹ three lakh) to the original author
₹ 02.00 Lakh (₹ Two Lakh) to Hindi Translator
Inviting Entries:
Registration for entries can be done on the available link on the Bank's website https://
www.bankofbaroda.in/bank-of-baroda-rashtrabhasha-samman between from 22.03.2023 10.00 am
to 07.04.2023 till 5.00 pm. Entr ies ar e invited fr om Hindi tr anslator s and publisher s both.
However, entries will be considered only when all the information are duly filled in the enclosed
Application form and signed copy is sent to bobrashtrabhashasamman@bankofbaroda.co.in over
mail & Hard copy of the same is sent along with required no. of copies of Books to Award
Secretary within a week of online registration.
Entries are invited from Hindi Translator & Publisher both. In case of Publisher Application form
must be signed by owner/ Authorized signatory of the Publishing house.
From Hindi translators:
 Each Translator will be eligible to send only one entry.
 For submission of entries, online registration will be mandatory. The online registration process
is given below.
 The translator will be required to submit a proof of month & year of publication of the
translated work (first edition) along with the proof of consent given by the original Author for
undertaking the translation work.
 In the first year of the award i.e. 2023 novels translated in Hindi from Indian languages
(languages included in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution) and published in India during
the period 1st January 2021 to 31st March 2023 will be considered.
From the publishers:
 Each publisher will be allowed to submit a maximum of 5 entries.
 Other terms and conditions applicable to translators regarding publication and registration of
works etc. shall apply to publishers also.

 इस सम्मान के तहत के वल उपमयास (भारतीय भाषाओ ां से जहद ां ी में अनजू दत एवां भारत में प्रकाजशत) जवधा पात्र है। ई-बक
ु इसके
जलए पात्र नहीं है।
भाषा :
 जिस मल ू कृ जत का अनवु ाद जकया गया है वह सांजवधान की आ वीं सचू ी में सजम्मजलत भारतीय भाषाओ ां (असजमया, उजड़या,
उद,डू कमनड़, कश्मीरी, कोंकणी, गिु राती, र्ोगरी, तजमल, तेलगु ,ू नेपाली, पांिाबी, बाांग्ला, बोड़ो, मजणपरु ी, मरा ी, मलयालम,
मैजथली, सांथाली, सांस्ट्कृत और जसांधी) में से होनी चाजहए। प्राांतीय बोजलयों िैसे रािस्ट्थानी, अवधी, भोिपरु ी, मगधी आजद में
जलजखत मल ू कृ जत के जहदां ी अनवु ाद को पात्र नहीं माना िाएगा।
 अनजू दत कृ जत के वल जहद ां ी में होनी चाजहए।
 के वल स्ट्व-अनजू दत कृ जतयाां पात्र होंगी।

प्रकािन िषग :
 योिना के अत ां गडत आरांजभक वषड में 1 िनवरी, 2021 से 31 माचड, 2023 के दौरान भारतीय भाषाओ ां (सांजवधान की आ वीं
अनसु चू ी में शाजमल भाषाओंःां - असजमया, उजड़या, उद,डू कमनड़, कश्मीरी, कोंकणी, गिु राती, र्ोगरी, तजमल, तेलगु ,ू नेपाली,

राष्ट्रीयता:
 नागररकता अजधजनयम, 19 में पररभाजषत भारतीय नागररक द्वारा जलजखत/अनजू दत कृ जत पात्र होगी।
 आवेदक को राष्ट्रीयता का साक्ष्य (आधार, मतदाता पहचान पत्र, पासपोटड आजद की प्रजत) यथापेजक्षत प्रस्ट्तत ु करना अजनवायड
होगा।
 Publishers will not be eligible for the Award. They will be eligible to submit entries only. Award
will be given directly to the author and the translator.
Procedure for Sending Entries for Award:
 Translators/publishers have to complete the stepwise registration process on the link: https://
www.bankofbaroda.in/bank-of-baroda-rashtrabhasha-samman, to send their entries. Due to any
technical reason, if the process does not get completed, the Application form can be obtained
through our mail ID: bobrashtrabhashasamman@bankofbaroda.co.in by a simple request over the
mail.
 Books pertaining to the entries should be received at the following address within a week’s time
after completion of registration process.
 The PDF file (up to 5MB size) of the translated work should also be sent to email
bobrashtrabhashasamman@bankofbaroda.co.in which will be used for the evaluation
process, as required.
 E-Books will not be eligible for entry.
 After online registration, one copy of the original work and 6 hard copies of translated copy should
be sent to the Bank along with duly filled in form appended with the Rule for Entry on the address

Eligibility Criteria:
Genre:
 Only Novels (Translated into Hindi and Published in India) are eligible under this Award. E-books
are not eligible.
Language:
 The original work which has been translated in Hindi, should be from among the Indian languages
(i.e. Assamese, Oriya, Urdu, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Gujarati, Dogri, Tamil, Telugu, Nepali,
Punjabi, Bangla, Bodo, Manipuri, Marathi, Malayalam, Maithili, Santhali, Sanskrit and Sindhi)
mentioned in the eighth schedule of the Constitution. However, the work translated from the
Regional dialects such as Rajasthani, Bhojpuri, A wadhi, Magadhi etc. will not be considered for the
Award.
 The translated work should be in Hindi only.
 Only self-translated works will be eligible.

Publication Year:
 In the first year of the scheme i.e, 2023, works translated in Hindi from other Indian languages
(languages included in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution:- Assamese, Oriya, Urdu, Kannada,
Kashmiri, Konkani, Gujarati, Dogri, Tamil, Telugu, Nepali, Punjabi, Bangla, Bodo, Manipuri,
Marathi, Malayalam, Maithili, Santhali, Sanskrit and Sindhi) during the period from 1st January,
2021 to 31st March, 2023 will be considered.
Nationality:
 A work (Novel) written/translated by an Indian citizen as defined in the Citizenship Act, 1955 will
be eligible.
 Evidence of Nationality (copy of Aadhaar, Voter ID Card, Passport etc.) is mandatory and will be
asked to be produced in due course.

 भारत में प्रकाशक की पांिीकृ त उपजस्ट्थजत होनी चाजहए और
 प्रकाशक भारतीय कानन ू के अधीन होना चाजहए और कर भरने की प्राथजमक देयता या सभी व्यापार गजतजवजधयाां भारत में
होनी चाजहए और
 अनजू दत कृ जत के पास ISBN का आबट ां न प्राप्त होना चाजहए।
स्ि प्रकावित कृवतयाां:
जनम्नानसु ार स्ट्व प्रकाजशत कायड ‘बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा राष्ट्रभाषा सम्मान’ के जलए पात्र नहीं होंगे:
 अनव ु ादक और/या उनके पररवार के सदस्ट्यों द्वारा प्रकाजशत, या
 इस उद्देश्य हेतु स्ट्थाजपत जकसी प्रकाशक कांपनी/उसकी शाखा द्वारा प्रकाजशत कृ जत, या
 ऐसी जकसी प्रकाशक कांपनी/उसकी शाखा से प्रकाजशत कृ जत िहाां अनव ु ादक और/या उसके पररवार के सदस्ट्य कमडचारी या
सम्मान की जनणाडयकमांर्ली के सदस्ट्य से प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष रूप से सांबांजधत है।
 िहाां लेखक/अनुवादक स्ट्वयां प्रकाशक हों, उनके द्वारा प्रकाजशत कृ जतयाां पात्र नहीं होंगी।
 ऐसा अनव ु ादक इस सम्मान हेतु पात्र नहीं है िो स्ट्वयां या जिसके पररवार के सदस्ट्य बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा या उससे सांबद्ध जकसी
सांस्ट्थान में कमडचारी या सम्मान की जनणाडयकमर्ां ली के सदस्ट्य से प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष रूप से सांबांजधत है।
वनर्ागयक मांडल
 जनणाडयक मर् ां ल के अतां गडत एक अध्यक्ष एवां भाषा एवां साजहत्य िगत के प्रजतजित चार अमय सदस्ट्य होंगे। इमहें सम्मान जनदेशक
एवां सम्मान सजचव का यथावश्यक मागडदशडन एवां सहयोग प्राप्त होगा।
 जनणाडयक मर् ां ल के सदस्ट्य प्रजवजि भेिने/अनुशसां ा करने हेतु पात्र नहीं होंगे।
मरर्ोपराांत कायग
 मल ू प्रजत के लेखक िीजवत होने चाजहए। मरणोपराांत जकसी लेखक की कृ जत के अनवु ाद सांबांधी प्रजवजि पर जवचार नहीं जकया
िाएगा। तथाजप, सम्मान हेतु प्रजवजि प्रस्ट्ततु कर देने के बाद कृ जत के मल
ू लेखक अथवा जहदां ी अनवु ादक की दभु ाडग्यपणू ड
देहावसान की जस्ट्थजत में सम्मान हेतु उस पर जवचार जकया िाएगा। यजद कृ जत सम्मान के जलए चयजनत होती है तो सम्मान राजश,
सबां जां धत काननू के तहत या िो भी उजचत समझा िाए, मल ू कृ जत के लेखक/ अनवु ादक के उत्तराजधकारी को दी िाएगी।
नोट :
 पात्रता हेतु प्रजवजियों की िाांच जनणाडयक मर्
ां ल द्वारा की िाएगी। पात्रता िाांच के दौरान यजद कोई जवसांगजत पाई िाती है तो
प्रजवजि को सम्मान प्रजिया में शाजमल नहीं जकया िाएगा और इस हेतु बैंक के जलए आवेदनकताड को सजू चत करने की कोई
बाध्यता नहीं होगी।
 सम्मान के जनयमों, पररणामों या जकसी भी सब ां द्ध जवषय से सबां जां धत जववाद होने की जस्ट्थजत में बैंक का जनणडय अजां तम और
सवडमामय होगा।
स्पिीकरर् हेतु सांपकग :
 सम्मान के सांबांध में जकसी भी स्ट्पिीकरण के जलए bobrashtrabhashasamman@bankofbaroda.co.in पर सांपकड जकया
िा सकता है।
अन्य ितें :
 ‘बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा राष्ट्रभाषा सम्मान’ सभी भारतीय भाषाओ ां को एक मच ां पर लाने हेतु जकया गया प्रयास है। इस उद्देश्य से
समय-समय पर जवजभमन प्रचार-प्रसार गजतजवजधयाां आयोजित की िा सकती हैं। प्रजवजियाां भेिने वाले प्रकाशकों/ मल ू लेखकों
एवां जहदां ी अनवु ादकों को इन कायडिमों में आमजां त्रत जकया िा सकता है। इस सबां धां में उमहें जवस्ट्ततृ सचू ना यथासमय दी
िाएगी। आमजां त्रत प्रकाशकों/ मल ू लेखकों/ अनवु ादकों को इन कायडिमों में आमजां त्रत जकया िाएगा एवां बैंक द्वारा उनके जलए
उपयक्ु त व्यवस्ट्थाएां की िाएांगी।
Country of publication:
 The publisher must have its registered presence in India and
 The publisher must be subject to Indian laws & its primary liability to pay tax and all of its
business activities should be in India.
 The work must have been allocated an ISBN in India.

Self Published Works:

The following self-published works will not be eligible for the 'Bank of Baroda Rashtrabhasha
Samman':
 Published by the translator and/or his family members, or
 A work published by a publishing company/branch thereof established for the purpose, or
 A work published by any publishing company/its branch where the translator and/or his family
members are employees or are related to the Jury of the Award directly or indirectly.
 Where the author/translator is a self-publisher, works published by him will not be eligible.
 Such translators are not eligible for this Award who himself or whose family members are
employees of Bank of Baroda or any of its affiliated institutions or are related to the Jury of the
Award directly or indirectly.

Jury
 The Jury will consist of a Chairperson and four other eminent members of the language and
literature world. They will receive guidance and Support from Award Director & Award
Secretary as sought by them.
 Jury members will not be eligible to send/recommend entries.

Posthumous work:
 The author of the original work must be alive. Entries of Translation of any work will not be
considered if the author of original work is not alive. However, in the event of the unfortunate
death of the original author or Hindi translator of the work after submission of the entry for the
Award, the same will be considered for the Award. If the work is selected for Award, the
Award money will be given to the legal heirs of the author/translator as per the relevant law or
as may be deemed appropriate.

Note:
 Entries will be screened for eligibility by a panel of judges. If any discrepancy is found during
the eligibility check then the entry will not be included in the Award process.
 In case of dispute regarding the rules of the Award, results or any related matter, the decision
of the Bank shall be final and binding.

Other Terms and Conditions:

 'Bank of Baroda Rashtrabhasha Samman' is an initiative to br ing all Indian languages on
one platform. For this purpose various publicity activities may be organized from time to time.
Publishers/original authors and Hindi translators who submit entries may be invited to these
events. Detailed information in this regard will be given to them in due course. Publishers/
Original Writers/Translators of Award winning will be invited to these programs and suitable
arrangements will be made by the Bank for them.
 इन जनयमों की व्याख्या या स्ट्पिीकरण, िैसा भी वह उजचत समझे, का अजधकार बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा को होगा। इस सांबांध में बैंक
द्वारा जलया गया जनणडय अजां तम माना िाएगा और सभी सांबांजधतों पर बाध्यकारी होगा। बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा इस जनयमावली में
समय-समय पर आगामी वषों में आवश्यकतानसु ार सांशोधन करने हेतु अजधकृ त होगा।
 भजवष्ट्य में कोई भी जवसांगजत पाए िाने पर, अनवु ादक/प्रकाशक, िैसा भी मामला हो, बैंक/ उसके कमडचारी/ इस उद्देश्य हेतु

बैंक द्वारा वहन जकया िाएगा।

 Bank of Baroda shall have the right to explain or clarify these rules in the manner as it deems
fit. The decision taken by the Bank in this regard will be final and binding to all concerned.
Bank of Baroda shall be authorized to amend this regulation from time to time in future years
as required.
 In case, any discrepancy is found the Translator/Publisher, as the case may be, will have to
indemnify the Bank/its employee/or authorised officials for the purpose.
 The decision taken by the Bank based on the recommendation of the Jury of the Award shall be
final, acceptable and binding on all and no dispute or legal suit shall be entertained for the
same.

Award ceremony
 Both the selected translator and the original author will be invited to the felicitation ceremony.
Boarding/lodging expenses in this regard will be borne by the Bank.

1. मैं नागररकता अजधजनयम 19 में यथा पररभाजषत भारतीय नागररक ह/ां I am a citizen of India as defined in the
Citizenship Act, 1955.
2. उक्त कृ जत (उपमयास) का अनवु ाद मेरे स्ट्वयां के द्वारा जकया गया है और कृ जत के मल ू लेखक से अनवु ाद हेतु आवश्यक सहमजत,
अनमु जत ली गई है/ The above work (novel) has been translated by me and necessary consent, permission for
translation of Novel from Original author is obtained.
3. यह कृ जत स्ट्व प्रकाजशत नहीं है अथाडत/व This work is not self published i.e.
 इसका प्रकाशन मेरे या मेरे जकसी पररवार के सदस्ट्य द्वारा नहीं जकया गया है/ It has not been published by me or any
of my family members.
 इसका प्रकाशन ऐसी प्रकाशक कांपनी या उसकी शाखा से नहीं जकया गया िहाां मेरे पररवार के सदस्ट्य कमडचारी, शेयरधारक या
अश ां धारक हैं/ It is not published by a publishing company or its branch wherein my family members
are employees, shareholders or stockholders.
4. मेरे द्वारा जदए गए सभी जववरण सही एवां सत्य हैं. भजवष्ट्य में या जकसी भी स्ट्तर पर कोई भी जवसांगजत पाए िाने पर मैं बैंक या उसके
कमडचाररयों या उसके अजधकाररयों को इन जवसगां जतयों के पररणामस्ट्वरूप होने वाली जकसी भी हाजन, क्षजत, लागत, व्यय की क्षजतपजू तड
करने का वचन देता ह/ां देती ह/ां All the particulars given by me are true and correct. In case of any discrepancy
found in future or at any stages, I undertake to indemnify for any loss, damages, cost, expenses arising in
consequence to discrepancy in the matter to the Bank or its employees or its officials.

भी क्षजत/क्षजतयों, जिम्मेदाररयों/दर्ां , दावों, कारड वाई, लागत या व्यय (अजधवक्ता की फीस सजहत) के सांबांध में क्षजतपजू तड करूांगा तथा
इनसे सरु जक्षत रखांगू ा/रखांगू ी/ I will indemnify the Bank, and shall always keep indemnified and hold the Bank,
its employees, personnel, officers, directors, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personnel”) harmless
from and against any and all losses, liabilities/penalty, claims, actions, costs and expenses (including
attorneys’ fees) relating to, resulting directly from or in any way arising out of any claim, suit or
proceeding brought against the Bank as a result of my nomination and my claim made in this registration/
application form or anywhere else to the Bank.
6. “क्षजतपजू तड” में इस पांिीकरण के सांबांध में जकसी भी कॉपीराइट के उकलांघन/न/गैर-अनपु ालन के कारण जकसी तीसरे पक्ष द्वारा जकए गए
दावों के चलते बैंक के जलए सभां ाजवत क्षजत, नक ु सान अथवा जिम्मेदाररयाां शाजमल हैं / Indemnity would cover damages, loss
or liabilities suffered by the Bank arising out of claims made by third parties for reasons attributable to
breach/violation of any copyright by me under this registration form.
7. उपयडक्तु उकलघन/ां न के चलते बैंक को होने वाली क्षजत की बैंक मझु से भरपाई करने के जलए अजधकृ त है और यजद मेरी घन/ोषणा गलत पाई
िाती है तो बैंक मेरे जवरूद्ध (दीवानी अथवा आपराजधक) मक ु दमा सांबांधी कायडवाही करने के जलए भी अजधकृ त है/ The Bank will
be at liberty to recover the damages from me which will be suffered by the Bank due to the above violation
and take any action (Civil or Criminal) against me if my undertaking is found false.
8. मैं सहमत हां जक सम्मान के चयन के सांबांध में जनणाडयक मांर्ल द्वारा जलया गया जनणडय अजां तम, सवडमामय एवां सभी के जलए बाध्यकारी

In respect of the entries submitted by the translator, we declare that –

translated work is an Indian citizen as defined in the Citizenship Act, 1955.
2. उक्त कृ जत (उपमयास) का अनुवाद उनके स्ट्वयां के द्वारा जकया गया है/ The above work (novel) has been translated

3. इस कृ जत का प्रकाशन हमारे द्वारा जकया गया है और हमारी प्रकाशन कांपनी या इसकी सस्ट्ां था में अनवु ादक या उनके पररवार का
कोई सदस्ट्य कमडचारी, शेयरधारक या अश ां धारक नहीं है / This work is published by us and translator or any
member of his family is not an employee, shareholder or shareholders in our publishing company or
its association.
4. प्रकाशन का स्ट्वामी/ प्राजधकृ त हस्ट्ताक्षरकताड भारत का नागररक है और यह कायड मौजलक कायड है और जकसी अमय लेखक के
कॉपीराइट का उकलांघन/न नहीं करता है। हमारी फमड भारत में पिां ीकृ त है और भारतीय काननू के अधीन है। हमारे ज्ञान और
जवश्वास के अनसु ार प्रकाजशत पस्ट्ु तकें और उनका अनवु ाद िमशंः लेखक और अनवु ादक का मौजलक कायड है/ Owner/
Authorized signatory of the Publication is an India citizen and this work is original work and does
not infringes copywrites of any other writers. Our firm is registered in India and are subject to
Indian law. As per our knowledge and belief the Published books & its translation are original work
of writer and translator respectively.
5. हमारे द्वारा जदए गए सभी जववरण सही एवां सत्य हैं. भजवष्ट्य में या जकसी भी स्ट्तर पर कोई भी जवसगां जत पाए िाने पर हम बैंक या
उसके कमडचाररयों या उसके अजधकाररयों को इन जवसांगजतयों के पररणामस्ट्वरूप होने वाली जकसी भी हाजन, क्षजत, लागत, व्यय
की क्षजतपजू तड करने या इससे सरु जक्षत रखने का वचन देते हैं/ All the particulars given by me are true and correct.
In case of any discrepancy found in future or at any stages, i shall undertake to indemnify or keeps
to indemnify for any loss, damages, cost, expenses arising in consequence to discrepancy in the
matter to the Bank or its employees or its officials.
6. हम अपने नामाांकन अथवा इस फॉमड अथवा बैंक में कहीं भी हमारे पांिीकरण/ आवेदन के चलते/ कारण प्रत्यक्ष अथवा परोक्ष

सांबांध में क्षजतपजू तड करें गे तथा इनसे सरु जक्षत रखेंग/े We will indemnify the Bank, and shall always keep

cover damages, loss or liabilities suffered by the Bank arising out of claims made by third parties for
