PERFORMANCE TESTER

What will you contribute?

Technical Performance QA Treasury team is responsible for installationidentifying performance risks,

upgrade and stabilitydeveloping and executing performance testings and hardware sizing of
FusionCapital KondorFusion Risk by replicating end users’ scenarios and validating proper behavior of
the applicationproducts. The team on daily basis maintains the testing environments for other testers by
using and maintaining automation tools and framework. Technical Performance testers cooperates
closely with product management and development team located in Gdynia, Paris and London and take
part in verifying newly developed functionalities.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop and maintain performance test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts, design test data
strategies for performance test

• Perform test execution, monitoring, diagnostics, analysis, tuning, and reporting of results to
identify and troubleshoot system performance issues and bottlenecks

• Report software performance issues, work closely with the development team

• Explore and identify framework approach for performance testing, engineering including
productivity utilities, reusable & modular code

• Provide feedback on the quality of the project/product to project team/ stakeholders

• Act as a software quality advocate throughout development, testing, delivery and

implementation phases of software development lifecyleLifecyle

• Use individual creativity and experience to improve software and processes quality and support
new joiners in their development

Required Experience:

• Education: Business IT or Computer Science

• 3-5 years of experience of performance testing or production system monitoring

• Strong experience with performance testing tools especially for web-based applications (eg:
JMeter, SoapUI, HP Performance Center, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad, JMeter, WebLOAD,
SilkPerformer)

• Understanding of software development life cycles, software engineering processes, test

processes, operating systems, client/server applications, distributed systems, shared services,
communication protocols and software architecture
 • Experience in team management (3-4 engineers) is an additional asset

• Good knowledge of database technologies

• Experience in Unix, Windows and other OS monitoring. (e.g., APM tool such as Dynatrace)

• Working knowledge of issue/defect tracking tools such as Jira, Test Director etc
