Problem

1. Poor cashflow
♧ With newly established bakeries, we
frequently observe this. There are so many
expenses, and even with lots of investments,
loans, and contributions, we won't be able to
turn our firm into a success if we don't have
adequate cash flow.

2. Inventory running low

♧ This is a significant issue that could have
significant repercussions, particularly if we rely
on spreadsheets or other paper-based systems
to manage our inventory. This may result in a
variety of problems, including missing order
deadlines, wasted ingredients, excessive
spending, and dissatisfied clients.

3. Effectively gathering and managing

numerous wholesale orders.
♧ Numerous wholesale bakeries accept orders
through a variety of channels, including phone
calls, messages, and emails. There won't be
many orders when you first start out to keep
track of.

Objective
1. We keep an eye on cash transactions and
save operating costs while expenses.
2. to make sure there is a constant supply of
stock and materials so that production won't
suffer when customers are in demand.

3. Facilitating exchange of commodities,

preserving business relationships, and
marketing products.
