LIST OF REQUIREMENTS PRINT

IRELAND INDIVIDUAL VISA REQUIREMENTS

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Print-out of visa application summary sheet with barcode from www.visas.inis.gov.ie signed by the applicant
2. Three (3) passport sized colored picture with white back ground(must be taken within the last three months; please do not
staple the photos on the form)
3. Original passport (must be valid at least 6 months after the date of RETURN from Ireland; must contain at least 2 blank visa
pages)
4. Copy of valid passport together with old passports (inside front cover containing holder’s personal information and photo;
inside back cover containing important reminders, signature and other passport information)
5. Two (2) sets of copy of all visas (valid and expired)
6. Letter of assurance – a written undertaking that you will observe the conditions of the visa, the visa holder will not become a
burden on the State and will leave the State on or before the expiration date of the visa.
7. Original personal bank certificate (must include account type, current balance, account opening date)
8. Original bank statement showing cash flow from the last 6 months, bank books, latest international credit card statements (last
6 months)
9. Copy of recent personal income tax return
10. Original PSA Birth certificate
11. Original PSA Marriage certificate (if travelling with spouse)
12. Printout of confirmed round trip air travel reservation (do not yet buy an airline ticket. The embassy cannot be held responsible
for any financial losses in case you have to return a ticket)
13. Detailed day-to-day itinerary (planned trip / schedule of activities)
14. Proof of accommodation (booking confirmation / reservation containing the complete name and contact information of the
hotel with hotel voucher)
15. International travel insurance (must have a coverage of at least eur30,000 / USD50,000 / Php 2.5m to cover expenses for
personal accident, urgent medical treatment, urgent admission in a hospital or urgent repatriation on medical grounds. The
validity period of the insurance coverage must be for the entire duration of the intended stay including entry and exit.

Original employment certificate with leave of absence (must include applicant’s position, date hired, salary, date of return to
work)
Copy of PRC/IBP ID(if professional)
Copy of company ID
3 months pay slip

FOR BUSINESSMAN
Copy of business registration (DTI or SEC)
Copy of business permit or mayor’s permit
Copy of income tax return
Copy of financial statements

FOR STUDENTS/MINORS
Original PSA Marriage Certificate of Parents
Proof of enrollment
Copy of school ID
Leave of absence from school (if travelling while classes are ongoing)
Consent form (signed by both parents, allowing the child to travel)

FOR RETIREE
Copy of senior citizen card or retirement documents

FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS

Copy of alien certificate of registration (ACR)
Copy of international card residence (ICR)
Re-entry permit
