Part C
I selected these three dishes because they are delectable, healthful, and rich in
vitamins and minerals. They are also a wise choice. Every day, my family typically
eats home-cooked meals. We either eat freshly prepared meals every day or
whatever is in the fridge (leftovers). Keeping your intake of fats, sugar, and salt to a
minimum will help you maintain a plan for a healthy, balanced diet. As an illustration,
fats are a crucial ingredient to include in a balanced diet. Saturated and unsaturated
fats are the two main categories of fats; nevertheless, it is not advised to consume
large amounts of either category since they might raise low-density lipoprotein and
increase the risk of heart attacks (LDL). For the best possible growth and
development, children and adolescents should eat enough nutritious meals. Some
people are unable to consume some foods because they make them ill. There are
various food allergies, such as those to cow's milk and peanuts. Additionally, there
are certain foods that the body cannot digest, including the gluten present in wheat.
Eggs, shellfish (lobster, crab, prawns), fish, cow's milk, peanuts, tree nuts (almonds,
cashews, walnuts), soy, sesame, and wheat are the foods that Australians are most
often allergic to. Certain things, such fruits like bananas, oat bars, and jelly, are nice
and healthful (apart from the jelly), thus I'd want to see them in the canteen.
