♥ Banana Chocolate Muffins ♥

Ingredients (I): Other ingredients:


Plain flour 125 g Egg 1 no.
Bicarbonate of soda 1/4 tsp Unsalted butter 45 g
Cinnamon 1/8 tsp Sugar 60 g
Salt little Vanilla essence few drops
Banana 1 no.
Chocolate chips 1 tbsp
Milk (optional) 3 tbsp

Preparations before the cookery lesson
1. Prepare an egg (for 2 students) and a banana

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Sieve ingredients (I). Peel the bananas and chop them the small pieces. Beat an egg.
3. Cream the butter and sugar until pale yellow. Add in the beaten egg.
4. Add in ingredients (I).
5. Gently fold the vanilla essence, the banana and the chocolate chips into the cake mixture.
6. Spoon the mixture into paper cups.
7. Bake for about 15 minutes.

材料〔I〕 :
麵粉 / Plain flour ………………….125 克
梳打粉 / Bicarbonate of soda …….1/4 茶匙
玉桂粉 / Cinnamon ……………….1/8 茶匙
粟粉 / Corn starch ………………..1/8 茶匙
鹽 / Salt …………………………..1/8 茶匙

其他材料:
蛋 / Egg …………………………..1 隻
牛油 / Butter ……………………..45 克
糖 / Sugar ……………….……….60 克
雲尼拿油 / Vanilla essence ….….(數滴)
香蕉 / Banana ……………………1 隻
朱古力粒 / Chocolate chips ……...15 克
奶 / Milk ………………………….5 湯匙

製法:
1. 將麵粉,梳打粉,鹽,玉桂粉,粟粉篩勻。香蕉切粒。
2. 將牛油和糖擂打至奶黃色,加入蛋擂打至鬆軟,再加入材料〔I〕攪勻。
3. 加入香蕉,加入奶,攪勻即成。
4. 將粉漿分放入紙杯內,將朱古力放於粉漿面,以 190°焗 10 至 12 分鐘。
