DESIGN AND METHODOLOGY

3.1 SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE METHOD

Figure 1: SDLC(Rapid Application Development)

Rapid application development is a form of Agile software development

methodology. Unlike Waterfall methods, RAD emphasizes working software and user
feedback over strict planning and requirements recording. While RAD de-emphasizes
strict planning, there are still a handful of steps or phases each development project
goes through when using the rapid application development methodology.

ITO I EXPLAIN NYO KUNG ANO GINAWA NINYO PARA MATAPOS ANG SYSTEM

3.1.1 ANALYSIS AND DESIGN

After the title was approved, the researchers ( ANONG GINAWA NINYO
PARA MAKUHA ANG MGA DATA NA KAILANGAN NINYO PARA SA PAG
GAWA NG DOCU AND SYSTEM NINYO? AT PAANO NYO NASIMULAN I
DESIG ANG SYSTEM NINYO?)
3.1.2 BUILD
After getting all the needed informations, the developer created the design
( AFTER NYO NAKUHA LAHAT NG DATA NA KAILANGAN NINYO ANONG
GINAWA NINYO PARA MAKA PAG START NA ANG DEVELOPER SA PAG
GAWA NG SYSTEM NINYO?)
3.1.3 DEMOSTRATE
After building the proposed system, the researchers demonstrated the
system and one of users responded that the design is not appropriate to the
convenience of the user and there are some malfunctioning buttons.
Furthermore, the objectives of the proposed system was neither reached nor
accomplished.
3.1.4 REFINE
Using the feedback gained, both programmer and developer corrected
and improved the design and all the lacking processes of the system.
3.1.5 TESTING
Every components of the system were tested to ensure that they were
fully functional. In this testing stage, computers are being tested: first, the
proponents tested the CPU to ensure that it was in good condition and the
running capacity can handle the entire system without defect and will run
perfectly. The input devices were also tested such as the keyboard and mouse to
ensure that every key were functioning well. Lastly, the monitor to secure that it
can display the system the way it was designed.

3.1.6 IMPLEMENTATION
The researchers gathered response after the system was demonstrated. It
was refined afterwards in order to reach the objectives and was tested to ensure
it’s functionality. The system undergone various important steps and is
completely ready for implementation.
