1. Function description
The O3BWT 125BE is a chem. free and it is a high voltage “silent corona discharge” type
ozone generator. The ozone is generated inside of, for all intent and purposes, a
capacitor, that uses atmospheric air or pure oxygen as dielectric between a cathode and
anode formed by a stainless steel net on a ceramic plate.
The O3BWT 125BE in this instance uses atmospheric air as the process gas. When air
pass through the chamber, in the ceramic surface ozone is generated from the oxygen
contained in the process gas stream.
The process gas input stream, be it atmospheric or oxygen, must be high quality, which
simply means as cool and as dry as possible. Heat and moisture reduce the amount of
ozone produced in the chamber. For this reason installation of the system is suggested to
be in a air conditioned zone of the boat and/or building.
Maximum theoretical O3 production: 1,00 grams nom. per hour of runtime each unit.

2.1 Specification
a) Control Unit
T1 – TIMER – It allows to change the state of the system, from OFF to ON or Timed.
If ON the system will continuously produce ozone.
If Timed the system will produce O3 based on timer setting. Standard setting is 30 minutes
ON and 15 minutes OFF for black/grey water tank application.

Pump unit is composed by one membrane pump with 1,8 l/min flow rate.
The Mini Diaphragm Vacuum Pump is based on a simple principal - an elastic diaphragm,
fixed on its edge, moves up and down its central point by means of an eccentric. In this
way the medium is transferred using automatic valves.
The pumps are equipped with the patented stress-optimized structured diaphragm,
resulting in a high pneumatic performance, a durable product and compact size. Special
valves ensure that the product can cope easily with vapors and condensation.

Working Principle
The ozone equipment is based on a simple principal – it take air as gas source, driven
by high frequency and high pressure power

2.4 Maintenance
PUMP UNIT
Periodically check the operation of the pump. Does not affect the functionality of the pump
cooling ozone generators, causing them to break.
OZONE UNIT
Every 6 months dismount the ozone generator, clean by using compressed air (MAX 3
BARS).
Every 12 months verify the Ozone unit and replace if not lamp.
- Be careful do not touch condensate you may find in the ozone hose!!! -
Periodically check the integrity of the ozone output hose, if it is discovered broken
replace it.
