This letter appeals as a proposal for the implementation of a language course in our
international company as a type of investment for a wider reach with our public.

Benefits of having a language course

The main reason why having a wider command of languages is important in the curriculum of
our workers, lies on the nature of our company and the international influence we have on the
world. Since we are an international business, communication is one of the most powerful
tools we have in order to make our company succeed. In this way it is very important for our
workers to feel confident when speaking in another language as it is the only mean of
communication with investors and possible buyers that will allow us to promote our brand.

Time and cost implicated

Regarding the cost, these classes will be held by a group of very capable teachers that offer a
discount of 20% every 10 students. So, if we take this offer, we will be saving a great amount of
money as the number of workers is very high. Additionally, the minimum time that is required
per week is 4 hours, and the schedules are adjustable, it will be very beneficial for our workers
because even if they have other plans, they can reschedule their class for later.
