My father was a patient with glaucoma and he suffered from
Its symptoms for a long time before he was diagnosed by
the ophthalmologist and given the appropriate medication
represented by Xalacom eye drops (timolol and latanoprost)
and hyfresh eye drops. Now his condition Is stable and he
continued to take the drops for the second month. The
doctor told him that the case does not need surgical
intervention at the present time and that It is responding well
to treatment. Glaucoma was not an inherited disease in our
family, but frequent high blood pressure had a cause that
had high eye pressure and damage to his eye.
