PASS PARENT/STUDENT ACADEMIC CONTRACT

This letter is to advise you that your child is currently deficient in units and is in jeopardy of not 
having the required units to graduate Oak Grove High School. In order to resolve this situation the 
following steps have been put in place for your child’s success.  You are encouraged to read over the 
regulations that outline your son/daughter’s academic contract and return the form signed before 
October 16th. Please make an appointment to see me and review any questions you may have regarding 
the contract and the required classes. My appointment hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 4­6pm.
