To conduct an election on SPG Officers for School Year 2018-2019 with the following agenda:

1. Explain SPG functions

2. Election of officers

3. To plan, to implement, and to enforce policies designed to protect and promote the
students’ rights and welfare

4. Implementing projects/ school programs by the newly elected officers

5. To support and to promote the ideals, principles, thrusts, and objectives of the SPG and
the School

SUPREME PUPIL GOVERNMENT (SPG)
NARRATIVE REPORT
S.Y. 2018-2019

I. INTRODUCTION

In line with the program of the Department of Education to build good potential leaders
someday to run a nation, schools are requested to have and elect their Supreme Pupil Government
Officers to lead all pupils towards the success of the school and the school to be the training ground of
efficient and disciplined future leaders.
To comply with this DepEd program, last June 11, 2018 class officers from Grades II-VI elected
the officers of the Supreme Pupil Government to lead Aurora Elementary pupils in school activities
particularly about cleanliness of surroundings, following school rules and policies and many other
concerns.

II. OBJECTIVES

The Supreme Pupil Government aims to:


1. Develop love God and Country, moral character, personal discipline, leadership potentials, and
confidence among the pupils;
2. Train the pupils for effective and efficient leadership;
3. Establish programs and projects that will promote goodwill, unity and cooperation between and
among pupils;
4. Serve and protect pupils’ right and welfare;
5. Provide a good environment for learning, training and growth opportunities;
6. Contribute to school aspirations to promote quality education and academic excellence; and
7. Represent the pupil population in the policy-making body of the school concerning pupils’ welfare.

III. ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN


 JUNE-JULY
The officers were inducted into office last June 13, 2018 by the Head Teacher-3, Mrs. Narcisa M.
Dizon

AUGUST
The Supreme Government Pupil Officers reminded to their group chats about the project and
how to have them realized. The officers agreed to solicit trash cans for the use of school for the
maintenance of health and sanitation of the school

The Officers also encouraged everyone to participate actively in all the programs of the school
even in times of pandemic by extending help. They were also reminded about their discipline at school
to avoid bullying. The SPG officers also implemented the Reading at Noontime program. The officers are
the one who conduct reading to pupils every vacant time.

The officers lead the pupils in maintaining the cleanliness of the areas per grade level. They
make sure everyone is doing their responsibility for fair actions among students.

The objectives of the pupil government were also presented and explained to all members and
officers. Areas of responsibilities were assigned. Leaders and members were selected for each group.

The following are the assignments:

SEPTEMBER

Pupil Government Officers began to impose their areas of responsibility. They helped in
maintaining peace and order of the school. They care for every pupils concern not only academically but
physically and emotionally.

OCTOBER

The Supreme Pupil Government continued to do their duties and responsibilities. They make
sure the pupils have development.

NOVEMBER-MARCH

The Supreme Government Officers served the school with utmost responsible character. They
become model among pupils in showcasing kindness and good leadership to everyone. Their programs
and projects were implemented even in the simplest way they can.
