Effects of Junk Food

Junk food could be unhealthy for older people in particular, this kind of food has pros and cons
because it can fill us when we are hungry, but we used to eat junk food that is harmful for our
body and digestion. And what provides this? Junk food.

In my opinion food is delicious, personally I love b and pizza, but eating everyday can
damage us, because Junk Food is very unhealthy , it can make us feel tired, and even
unable to concentrate.
People should have control when eating this type of food, and we should all have a
balance or specific day to eat junk food, for example only one or two days in weeks,
because the meat takes a long time to leave our digestive system.
In daily life many people prefer to buy fast food instead of making it at home, that is
more healthy and cook in the way you like. Obesity can be prevented and is the most
common effect of eating Junk Food and it can lead the person to have health problems,
for example, it can cause heart or cholesterol problems and lead to death if it is not
treated on time.
Junk Food has a lot of artificial ingredients on it and an excess of oil. And that causes
digestive problems. The most common is the column, this is because fast food is high in
sugar, salt, calories, etc. Junk food has no nutritional value and essential ingredients
that are required for health.

Well Junk Food is not the best food for children and young people, because we are in a process
of growing our body and it will affect us later by time in our digestive system, in our development
and it causes us a tiredness since childhood that when we grow up we don't want to do
anything.
