Job Overview
We are seeking a resourceful candidate to oversee the day-to-day work and relations with our
clients. The candidate will also need to work closely with different role players, e.g. teams within the
organization, vendors, and customers.
Must have good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills along with work accuracy
and professionalism.
Key Role/Competencies:
Excellent Communication in professional English, should be able to deal with senior stakeholders
(e.g. VP Country chairs)
Must have structured approach to manage overall work volume and, diligence in follow through the
tasks to closure.
Need to have Mind-set to work with problem and the ability to provide the solutions.
Prepares compliance Learner data by compiling and analysing internal and external information.
Act as the Go to person within the Business for anyone with queries regarding the Training
requirements
Supports other departments by collecting and coordinating learner tracker compliance data.
Prepares learner compliance data by compiling and analysing internal and external information.
Provide regular updates on learner compliance status to the Ethics & Compliance Team and
appropriate cross functional stakeholder groups.
