Beyond introduces a new system of eating and supplementation.
As part of the Beyond snack system you have protein shakes you can select. These can be used
as your post workout shake. The shakes vary from simple shakes through to the full works. You
can select your preferred option and include it post workout.
Other supplements
I believe the emphasis on supplements for results is often exaggerated. The key is to train with focus and
intensity and to consistently hit your exact calories day after day, week after week.
With that said the addition of supplements can help give you the edge and increase workout performance and
recovery.
Each and every supplement below listed is optional. You do not have to take them to achieve results. If there are
any products you do want to take or products you prefer then feel free to make changes.
