BTS: THE QUALITY SOLUTION
• BTS remains focused on the flexible sheet feed presses, and our goal is to
meet the individual requirements of any customer. Our manufacturing
development consists of sheet feed presses, disks feeders, strips feeders,
curlers, liners, wrappers and other complementary machines.
• BTS has defined new standards in the technology equipment for metal
packaging in order to give customers the best flexible and quality solution.

COMPANY PROFILE
• Who is BTS? Our company was born by the union of two parts: the 20 years experience of Tecnosystem
joined the quality of Mr. Giuseppe Bonfiglioli who knows very well the metal World market. Combining
these two elements, the brand Bonfiglioli Techosystem was born.
• What are we doing? We are manufacturers of automatic machines in the field of metal packaging. We
are specialized in the sheet feed presses systems, but we can also provide many other types of
machines.
• Where are we going? We want to consolidate our position in the global metal packaging market and we
provide the best quality machines.
• Why have we chosen to develop this type of sheet feed system? Because it is the most efficient system
with more benefits and material savings.
It is possible we can bring you to visit our customers that are already using BTS
equipment, so you can see it in working conditions. Of course, you are also invited to
our factory (located in Ferrara - Italy) at any time, as we always have different
production lines under construction which may possibly find your interest.

BTS is one of the World leaders in the construction of machines and complete lines to produce the

2. Machines elimination
Two traditional machines can be eliminated: Scroll shear (or double shear) and Strip Press.
4. Damages avoiding
Damages that come from moving sheets & strips to traditional machines are totally avoided because the material is loaded only
once directly to sheet feed press.
5. Energy saving
Energy demand is lower, but not only that (less power, less internal transports, less stock are required).
6. Time saving
No more dead times for intermediate operations on traditional machines
7. Labour saving
The sheet feed press is the head of a line and requires material loading only once
8. Service saving
Dead times for service, material and labour costs are reduced.

Case B - 200 lts DRUMS Φ 645 mm. Producing 20 pcs/min, in 1 year of 250 work days in 1 shift at 80% efficiency,1,920,000
pcs are produced. In this case the saving on material is 248 Tons.
Working 8 hrs/day at 80% efficiency (using scrolled sheets) our press is amortized in 16 months on a cut Φ of 356 mm
and in 14 months on a cut Φ of 645 mm
