Ohms law

Voltage, current and resistance are the most important


electrical components. Of these three elements current, which
is the number of charges passing through point per unit time.
Current is what carries energy through an electrical circuit.
What is the relationship between voltage, current and
resistance.
This is what we will learn in this experiment .

Objective:
1- Study of the relationship between voltage, current and
resistance "Ohm's Law".
2- Studying the process of connecting two resistors in series
and finding the equivalent resistance.
3- Studying the process of connecting two resistors in
parallel and finding the equivalent resistance.
4- Learn about measuring devices (ammeter, voltmeter,
ohm meter) and how to use them.

Need equipment:
Voltage source (power supply), resistor 2.8 ohm , ammeter,
kit, wires

Theory:
One of the basic laws that describe the relationship between
electric potential and electric current is Ohm's law. Ohm is a
research physicist He studied the properties of electricity for
a long time and concluded that there is a direct relationship
between the electric voltage in an electric circuit and the
current Passing in this circle And when converting
proportional (linear) relationships into equations, there
must be a constant called the proportionality constant It is
what we call today the resistance.

Procedure:
1. Connect the circuit shown below using a fixed resistance R.
2. Set the value of electromotive force into certain voltage
(electromotive force).
3. You can get different readings of the current I and voltage V
by varying the battery source.
4. Record the value of the current through the resistance and
the voltage across it.
5. Repeat step 3 to get at least 6 different readings.
6. Record the data in a Table

Through the practical application of Ohm's law, we found
that the resistance has a capacitance of 2.8 kilo ohms, which
is close to the capacitance of the resistance when measured
in (ohm meter).
