TRANSLATOR RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION, 2022

NOTICE

No.- 07/R&A Cell Dated: 31st January, 2023

This is for information to all concerned that Written Test for the Translator
Recruitment Examination, 2022 (under Advertisement No. PHC/04/2022) was held on
08.01.2023 (Sunday) in single sitting at various examination centres situated in Patna.
The Provisional Answer Key of all the series of Question Booklet i.e. A, B, C & D of Part- I
(Objective Type) of the Written Test are being published herewith as Annexure- I.
A candidate, who has appeared in this examination and wishes to make any
objection/clarification etc. regarding any provisional Answer Key, he/she may, submit online
request through the link provided on the official website of the High Court i.e.
www.patnahighcourt.gov.in from 01.02.2023 to 07.02.2023 (11:59 P.M.) with copy of authentic
source document(s)/proof, on the basis of which he/she has submitted the objection/clarification.
Objections received within aforesaid time and in aforesaid mode will only be taken into
consideration. However, any objection/ clarification received without any authentic proof/source or
any objection/clarification received after aforesaid stipulated period/time shall not be entertained/
considered on any ground whatsoever and shall stand rejected without assigning any reason.
Objections received in aforesaid manner within aforesaid time limit alongwith copies of the
authentic source/proof, document shall be considered and the provisional Answer Key shall be
finalized and used as Key/model Answer for the generation of result of the Translator Recruitment
Examination, 2022. After declaration of result, no representation regarding Question/ final Model
Answer, shall be entertained on any ground and shall stand rejected without assigning any reason.
In case no objection is received within prescribed time then the proposed model answer key shall be
treated as final and result will be generated accordingly.
Candidates are required to pay online a sum of Rs. 50/- (Rupee Fifty Only) for each
question challenged. This fee shall be non-refundable.
The decision of the High Court of Judicature at Patna on the objections shall be final and
no further correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
The candidates are advised to keep visiting the Court’s website regularly for further details
/ updates.
