What is Employee Experience ?

"Employee experience (EX) is basically, comes from you the

employee. What you see, what you feel, how you experience your
work life.” (Pat Wardors, 2018)

“Employee Experience is the long term redesign of the

organization that puts people at the center." (Jacob Morgan,
2017)

“EX is an employee-centric way of thinking about the

organization where decisions made internally consider ‘how will
our people perceive this?’ ‘What impression are we giving our
people if we act this way?’ It takes into consideration how
employees see, hear, believe and feel about all aspects of their
employment.” (Carolyn Nevitte, 2018)
