1 Price quoted above shall be firm and fixed for the entire duration of Contract.

2 NO Road Permits shall be provided by Company for any equipment, goods or other material in any circumstances. Supplier to ensure the Road permits by themselves only.

3 Goods outside GST (eg. HSD etc.) will continue to be taxed under erstwhile regime.

4 Supplier to refer Tax regime overview provided in the Tender which shall form part of Compensation Schedule of Contract.

5 Company will deduct GST TDS as per applicable provisions and the same will be in Supplier’s account.
