I am Mr. Albert Macarilao and currently working in your good office hereby
authorize my co-worker Roniel Cruz to claim my salary on my behalf for the month of
April 1-15, 2021, as I and my Family are still in quarantine because of pandemic. And
we are only following the Government protocol to stay at home.

I am looking forward that you will consider this letter since my salary is very
much important for now to support our needs while we are still in quarantine.
