A company promoted by Gas Authority of India Limited. The Petrochemical Company

having a Gas Sweetening unit and Gas Processing capacity 21.12MMSCMD of natural gas.
This was one of the first major industries of Guna MP and first Petrochemical in MP.

NATURE OF WORKS:-

 Preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, fault electronic & pneumatic

instruments in continuous process industries. Calibration, Maintenance, Servicing and
Troubleshooting of various types of Pneumatic Controllers, Transmitters, Electronic
& Smart Transmitters, Digital Valve, Control Controllers, Level trolls, Positive
Displacement Mitres, Turbine Flow Meters, Mass Flow Meters, Tank level gauging
systems, current to pneumatic converters, pressure, temperature Valve & Level, level,
vibration, flow switches, gauges, RTD’s, Thermocouples, etc.

 Loop checking and Commissioning, Field Calibration Construction project, Testing &
Inspection of primary Isolation valves Instrument, Damaged Impulse line &
Re-installed the instrument, and Checking of Individual Instrument loop. Installation
of cable. Termination in instrument, JBs, Panels wiring termination etc.
  To organize flushing and pressure leak testing of all newly installed impulse
line/tubing and to perform other related duties such as maintaining good housekeeping

 Having knowledge of repair & calibration of temp. Sensor (thermostat, thermocouple,

RTD Temp.gauge, temp, switch and temp, transmitter (Rosemont, Honeywell,
Yokogawa, Abb).

 Able to Read and understand various instrument drawings such as piping and
instrument drawing(P&ID), Instrument Loop diagram (ILD) Hook-Up Diagrams,
Lay-Out Diagrams, cause effect diagram, logic diagram, field bus segments
instruments wiring drawings etc.

 Good knowledge about Permit to work systems (PWS) and several kinds of permits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

 Worked involved installation, calibration, pre-commissioning, & Commissioning loop

checking, trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, on – off valve, solenoid valve,
ESD valve, interface level troll, testing, using various modern testing equipment.
Worked in PLC and DCS in different systems like yokogawa, CS-3000, Rosemount,
ABB, Bialy, etc.

 Instrument Check like FT, PT, LT, TT,DPT,PSH.LSH, RTD, MOV, SOV calibration
of thermocouple RTD checking of open and close loop, junction box functional test &
functional logic test installation & trouble shoot fire alarm system like control for level
flow and pressure measurement and pump control. Pressure gauge &all types of
Thermocouples and level Troll Interface Level troll DP types level transmitter and
level switches calibration.
  Coordinating the entire instrumentation works as JB & Instruments installation, Cable
laying, Glanding, Terminations, Instrument,JB, Panel Ferruling, pre commissioning
Commissioning and Loop checking .Installation of junction boxes. Installation of
instruments such as: Transmitters, Controls valves, Switches, Sensors, Thermometers,
Gauges, Thermo wells, Orifices plate, Venture tube

 All types of Instrument Identification and preparation of taping with P&ID also with
Calibration of Instruments Electronics & Pneumatics Pressure Switches, Transmitters
FT, PT, LT, TT, TI, TG, Thermocouple, RTD, and Commissioning loop checking in
difference types of Instruments.

Training

 Good experience in working with cold, hot, confined space entry and excavation
permit system. Participating in safety committee meeting discussing about unsafe
conditions and reporting near misses regularly.
 Attending fire and safety, work permit, H2S awareness, first aid and wearing of
breathing apparatus trainings conducted by the company.
