I/we hereby fully acknowledge and understand that:

1. In executing this authority, the Bank will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of all individuals authorized above and will
require the above mentioned individuals to produce their identification cards upon collection and handing of instructions for
RTGS/ZETSS payments;
2. The Bank, may in its sole discretion, decline to give effect to this authority if it determines that this is in the customer's interest
or if there are other reasonable grounds 10 do so. A specific reason need not be provided by the Bank for this;
3. The Bank will not phone 10 confirm any of the above transactions or the authenticity of the RTGS/ZETSS instruction if submitted
by the authorized person.
4. The Bank, its employees and agents are hereby indemnified against all and any claims or losses, howsoever arising, for any
action taken In terms of this authority. We further indemnify the Bank against any civil or criminal liability, claims, damages, suits
and demands whatsoever for loss or damage, whether actual, contingent, consequential or prospective, which shall or may
occur or be occasioned as a result of this arrangement; or any other person whatsoever, by reason or In any way arising,
Directly or indirectly, out of the loss of the properly due to the causes mentioned above. t» •

5. , This Instruction shall be enforceable until terminated by written notice by me/us or the Sank, whose instructions shall be written.
6.      No alteration or amendment of this authority shall be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by both parties.
