CHAPTER I

THE BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT

INTRODUCTION

Washing laundry is one of the most widespread housework in the world. Today,
washing machines do this work in many private households, using water, electricity,
chemical substances, and process time. Although energy efficiency is in the focus of
many regulations which have already achieved significant improvements, the question
remains, how relevant these processes are in terms of the absolute impact on resources
and whether there are possibilities to improve even further by looking abroad.
Considering the continuous development of new energy-efficient technologies in LMs
(laundry machines), the quantity of energy and water consumed can be reduced.

Doing laundry can be a time-consuming task, and due to hectic schedules, people
frequently overlook the simple task of cleaning. A laundry service business's goal is
straightforward: to provide people with a place to wash and clean their laundry (Bhatt,
2019). According to Medium (2016), as technology advances, a diverse range of laundry
products has become available to all such business domains. These products have been
created with the specific yet distinct needs of people in mind. Because of their superior
performance, these products can make the laundry process more efficient and stress-free.

Numerous upgraded technologies were invented as a result of modernization. The

majority of these technologies are absolutely practical and accessible in daily life. As a
result, a business ought to keep up with the modern technology that people are likely to
be drawn to, such as card-operated laundry machines. In the use of card - operated LMs
(laundry machine) in a laundromat (CL) (Amasawa et al. and Wasserbaur et al.) assessed
the reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions based on a model that was developed.
These studies suggest the conceptual possibility of an increase in energy and water
efficiency through LM-sharing, such as decreasing LM production and increasing the
laundry’s load-size. The most obvious advantage of coin-operated machines is that they

3
are good at keeping people's attention. Once a card is tapped, the user will diligently read
all of the instructions and fully concentrate on the machine until it completes.

WashUp Laundry is a self-service laundry shop with a card-operated machine that is

located in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija. This business aims to serve the residents of
Cabanatuan City, especially those people (such as households, employees, business
owners, and students) that usually live in apartments, dorms, or even households that
usually do not have cleaning equipment. Furthermore, the laundry shop is ready to serve
everyone as they wish because it offers special services at an affordable price, like card-
operated automatic laundries, card-operated dry cleaners, wash and fold service, free
parking spaces for customers, and free internet access.

This self-service and card-operated laundry machine enables people to do their

laundry without consuming most of their time and at an affordable price as it can be.
Customers can choose whether they do the laundry themselves or with the assistance of
the staff. Both have advantages and disadvantages in some circumstances. In self-service,
the customers can monitor or control the amount of powder and fabric conditioner they
want to put on their clothes. On the other hand, the advantage of having assistance is that
they can leave their clothes when they do not have enough time to wait and let the
laundry shop wash their dirty clothes.

As of the moment, the business "WashUp Laundry" will be the first card-operated
laundry shop to open in the city of Cabanatuan. It will be a significant advantage for the
shop because it has a distinctive feature that will captivate and gain customers.

REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE

Laundry Industry

There are some 35,000 card-operated laundries in the U.S., and they generate $5
billion in annual gross revenue. They serve an estimated 100 million Americans, the
majority of whom live in rental housing. This figure includes laundries and card-
operated machines in apartment buildings (MSG Firm in 2011). Today, growth in the
laundromat industry is being driven by cities, where density and multi-family
construction are expanding the market for clean clothes. One more thing worth noting
about card laundries is that they are passive income generators. The demand for laundry
is steady month to month, meaning that revenue is steady, and accounting is easy.

The demographics of population density drive industry growth. Population

composition and income. The greater the population density, the greater the demand for
high-quality card laundry facilities. Renters, the primary users of card laundries, are the
fastest-growing demographic in the country, according to national and regional

8
demographics. According to the 2010 U.S. According to the Census Bureau, 34.5 percent
of the nation's 116 million households were occupied by renters. Over the last 70 years,
the number of card laundry stores built has steadily increased as the population has grown
and shifted to more concentrated areas, resulting in a mature, stabilized industry.

Starting a Laundry Business

Washing mountains of clothes is one of the most time-consuming chores at home,

which is why most people seek out laundry services to do the job for them. And because
having clean clothes is one of a person's basic needs, it's no surprise that a lot of laundry
shops are springing up, especially when you consider how simple it is to open one.

There are two important factors to consider when starting your own laundry
business. First, you must locate a suitable location for your setup. If you're fortunate
enough to live near an apartment complex or condominium, you won't have a problem.
The tenants will almost always lack space for their own washing machine, necessitating
the use of a laundry service. Another advantage of starting a laundry business is that you
won't need a large space to get started because the most important piece of equipment
you'll need is a laundry machine.

Service and Service Quality

The word "service" derives from the Old French servise or the Latin servitium,
which both imply "slavery" and/or "slave," respectively. Business services are tasks
performed for businesses' benefit without producing tangible goods. For marketing,
production, safety, cost, and convenience reasons, businesses rely on these service
providers—especially larger businesses that must keep up with work demands (Krosel et.
al, 2023). According to RemoteHQ, customer service is essential since it helps to
maintain customer loyalty while also making workers' duties easier. This, in turn,
supports business growth. Organizations may recover customer acquisition costs, retain
talent, and foster brand loyalty by offering excellent customer service.

Service quality is a gauge of how well a business meets the requirements and
expectations of its customers. Each business can expand if it can figure out how to raise

9
the service quality of its services (Khadka & David, 2023). The reason why service
quality is important, according to Sherman (2019), is that it increases sales. Customers
who receive excellent service are more likely to spend more than they had intended.
Therefore, delighted clients are more inclined to purchase from you again. In addition,
positive word-of-mouth and person-to-person referrals are generated by excellent
customer service.

Energy and Water Efficiency

Washing laundry is one of the most widespread household chores in the world.
Today, washing machines do this work in many private households, using water,
electricity, chemical substances, and processing time. Although energy efficiency is the
focus of many regulations, which have already achieved significant improvements, the
question remains as to how relevant these processes are in terms of their absolute impact
on resources and whether there are possibilities to improve even further by looking
abroad. Considering the continuous development of new energy-efficient technologies in
LMs (laundry machines), the quantity of energy and water consumed can be reduced.

In the use of card-operated laundry machines (LMs) in a laundromat (CL),

Amasawa et al. and Wasserbaur et al. assessed the reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG)
emissions based on a model that was developed. These studies suggest the conceptual
possibility of an increase in energy and water efficiency through LM-sharing, such as by
decreasing LM production and increasing the laundry’s load size.

Growth Potential of a Laundry Business

According to StarbizHub (2014), laundry care generated positive current value

growth in 2015, although at a slower rate than in 2014. The laundry business's growth
potential remains limited as an increasing number of consumers begin to shift to more
efficient methods. The rising sophistication of Philippine consumers and rising education
levels among the country's population remained key contributors to the increased
willingness to try out new ways or products in laundry service. Rising environmental
concerns have disturbed Filipinos' interest in the various types of laundry care products,
with some opting for concentrated detergents as a more environmentally friendly option.
10
Self-service, wash-and-fold, and dry-cleaning businesses are typically family-
owned and operated, though some larger chains exist. There are approximately 33,000
businesses in the segment, with approximately $11 billion in revenue in 2015.

Benefits of Self-Service Laundry

According to laundryhub, it's time to accept that no one enjoys doing the laundry.
If a full-time worker or student is under the stress of an assignment, they may not be able
to attend or muster the energy to deal with the pile of filthy clothing in the house's corner.
But the truth is that no matter how much individuals try to avoid it, they eventually have
to face it. The installation of self-service laundry is what this place does best. In actuality,
it is a blessing for everyone who has some free time to take care of their filthy garments.
Over time, the laundromat industry has sufficiently expanded, and people are now
benefiting from it. Today, everyone can conveniently take care of their weekly laundry
tasks by visiting a laundromat. Indeed, washing machines help to cut down on the overall
amount of time needed to do laundry. Nonetheless, the process still takes a lot of time and
wears the person out. Compared to doing laundry at home, self-service laundry has a lot
of advantages.

Different Types of Laundry Shop Set Up and its Benefits

Laundry services, as used in business, refer to organizations that provide

customers with various laundry-related services. Those who prefer to have their laundry
done for them, businesses that require laundry services to clean things like uniforms,
gowns, and other fabrics, as well as folks who detest doing laundry at home, are all
served by a laundry service firm. There are various types of laundry services, including
pick-up laundry services, commercial laundry services, dry cleaning services, fluff and
fold laundry services, and laundromat self-service. Some laundry services operate
laundromats where many laundry machines are placed for customers to use on a pay-as-
you-go basis.

There are several reasons why some business owners choose to start laundromats.
The laundry service provider's expertise in washing various types of material with
various tools and supplies is the most crucial factor to take into account. Laundry services

11
are crucial for another reason. They offer a "convenience" service. Managing a lot of
loads and washing a variety of fabrics can be difficult. Large amounts of loads may be
handled by laundry service providers, and they can complete their task quickly. They
may take advantage of economies of scale to a greater extent the more volume they can
handle.

Card Laundry

According to industry research, a card laundry business, also known as a

laundromat, is a business that primarily serves as a location where people can pay to do
laundry by using clothes washing machines and dryers. These machines are frequently
card operated, which is how such establishments got their names. This type of business
may be run solely as a laundry facility, allowing people to do their own laundry, or it may
be part of a larger operation that also provides dry-cleaning services. A card laundry
typically makes money primarily from payments made to use the laundry machines,
though secondary profits from vending machines are also possible.

This type of business typically allows customers to do their own laundry without
the assistance of an employee. In fact, some of these facilities do not even have
employees on site, instead relying on regular visits from employees to monitor machine
functionality and remove coins from the machines. These facilities, however, may be less
desirable for some customers because there may be more incidents of clothing theft at
such locations. Customers may be able to use a coin changer at an unmonitored coin
laundry to convert paper money into coins for use in the machines.

Profitability of Laundromats
Like the profitability of any business, the card-operated laundry business is
determined by a variety of factors. The most important thing we know about this is that
we still need our clothes cleaned, regardless of the state of the economy. According to
Speed Queen, laundromats have a 95% success rate and a return on investment of 20%–
35%. Another advantage to remember is that you are not limited to one self-service
laundry business. Card-operated laundry is a scalable business, and you could eventually
own a chain or franchise.

CHAPTER II

METHODOLOGY

This chapter describes and discusses how the researchers will gather the necessary
data and information that will be used in the entire study. This will go over the
procedures that the study will apply. Included are the research design, which will outline
the type of study to be conducted, and the research locality, which has identified the
location of the business base. The study's respondents will serve as one source of
information, the sample and sampling methods will be used to identify which respondents
are needed, and finally, the statistical analysis will be used as a calculation to assess the
data needs.

RESEARCH DESIGN

This study utilized a quantitative research structure using the descriptive research
design and applied it using survey questionnaires and key informant interviews.
According to Voxco Blog (2021), descriptive research design attains to gain information
regarding a phenomenon, situation, or population. More particular, it assists in providing
answers to the research problem's what, when, where, and how inquiries as opposed to its
why. The survey was conducted by providing a structured questionnaire to a number of
identified respondents from Cabanatuan City. The participants who were asked to
evaluate the laundry shop during the survey were randomly selected from the identified
respondents. The survey was aided by an interview guide. Moreover, interviews were
conducted with existing laundry business operators, which will serve as a reference on
how we, the researchers, will improve the laundry shop business for the target customers.

RESEARCH LOCALE

The research floated survey questionnaires around Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
The number of respondents being selected are from Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
Respondents could be employees, students, residents, tenants, or boarders.

SAMPLE AND SAMPLING TECHNIQUE

Due to the research location in Tandang Sora Street, Mabini Extension in

Cabanatuan City, a large sample size is expected. As a result, the researcher will utilize
stratified random sampling to determine the target sample size from a probable
population of Wesleyan University and Science High School students, Wesleyan and PJG
hospital staff and patients, persons residing near the target location, and even visitors.

INSTRUMENT OF THE STUDY

A letter of request to conduct the study was prepared. The researchers conduct the
research in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, through a survey because of the advantages of
the survey method. The researchers explain to the selected respondents the importance of
their response to the study. The researchers clarify some terms to the respondents so that
they can answer the questionnaire with full knowledge of their responsibility as the
subject of the study. After the respondents answered the questionnaire, the researchers
collected and tallied the data for interpretation.

STATISTICAL TREATMENT

The questionnaire responses from the target markets will be statistically analyzed
in accordance with the study's data requirements. Consumers should statistically assess
using the study's data instruments to collect additional information that may help the
business gain insights, strategies, and improvements. The following descriptive statistics
will be applied:

1. Frequency and Percentage Distribution

A data presentation that shows the proportion of observations for each

data point or collection of data points is known as a percentage frequency
distribution. It is a widely used technique for expressing other data, such as the
relative frequency of survey responses.

15
2. Weighted Mean

The weighted mean is a form of mean that is computed by averaging all

the products after multiplying the weight (or probability) connected to a specific
event or result by its connected quantitative outcome (Taylor, 2023).

PRICING STRATEGIES

These pricing strategies are the options that are possibly effective for the business:

Cost Plus Pricing. Cost-plus pricing includes adding a markup to the cost
of goods and services to arrive at a selling price. With this strategy, they will sum
the direct material cost, direct labor cost, and overhead costs for a product and
multiply them by a markup percentage to determine the price of the product.

Value-based Pricing. Value-based pricing is a pricing approach that bases

prices primarily on the perceived value of a product or service by the consumer.
Customer-focused value-based pricing implies that businesses base their pricing
on how much a consumer believes a product is worth.

Price Skimming. Price skimming, also known as skim pricing, is a

pricing technique in which a company charges a high initial price and then
progressively reduces the price in order to attract more price-sensitive clients.

19
CHANNELS OF DISTRIBUTION

Figure 2. Channel of Distribution

Direct distribution works in a direct-to-consumer approach. Using this type of

distribution rarely includes the use of wholesalers or other distributors, as companies
typically process and sell the products themselves. This type of distribution may also help
companies increase revenue and save on out-of-pocket expenses for marketing services
because they can promote an item through their own website and in-store flyers.

MODULE 2: TECHNICAL STUDY

SERVICE(S)

The WashUp Laundry is a card-operated laundry shop in which the business

provides drop-off or self-service laundry with special services such as wash and fold, dry

Type of Organization

A partnership organization is an excellent option to start and operate a

successful laundry business. They provide a shared pool of resources, expertise,
and support that can help in every aspect of the business. Partnerships also allow
for the pooling of knowledge and experience, which can lead to more effective
decision-making, problem-solving, and better management of day-to-day
operations. Additionally, they provide a built-in support system and increase the
chances of obtaining financing from lenders. By working together, partners can
create a strong and profitable business that can withstand the challenges of the
market.

conduct their businesses; the trend is still very much applicable today. A partnership
manifests itself in different forms, ranging from business owners cooperating to invest in
a project to share technical knowledge and ideas between firms. Whatever any business
does, it is important to look for the right partnership agreement that benefits both parties.

ii Registration

Once the business is registered, the must obtain business licenses and permits.

Government agencies for registration

→ Local Government Units where your business is located:

a. Barangay
b. Mayor's Office
→ Securities and Exchange Commission or SEC.
→ Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF)
→ Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
→ Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
→ Legally Required Registration of Employee Benefits Employers are legally
required to provide certain benefits for employees. Employee benefits play an
important role in the lives of employees as well as their families. For that reason,

48
the benefits you offer can be a deciding factor for a potential employee’s decision
to work at your business.
Employee’s registration to the following:

a. SSS
b. PhilHealth
c. Pag-ibig

Basic requirements and procedure in registering a Partnership Business

1. Register your business in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

The first thing you need to do is register your business in the SEC. They are
responsible for regulating partnerships and corporations in the Philippines. Here, you’ll
need to submit the following:

→ Name Verification Slip

→ Articles of Partnership
→ Joint Affidavit (Not required if already stated in Articles of Partnership)
Optional:

→ Endorsement of Clearance (From other government agencies)

→ FIA Form 105 (If you have a foreigner partner)
2. Get a Barangay Clearance

All businesses are required to have a Barangay Clearance according to our Local
Government Code. This clearance is obtained at the local Barangay Office where your
business is or will be located and the fee in securing one, though varies per location, is
often minimal. A Barangay Clearance serves as an assurance that your business adheres
to the standards of the local Barangay and that your business is a community-friendly
company.

3. Register your business and employees in Social Security System (SSS)

Registering your employees (whether temporary or permanent) in the SSS is

mandated by law. This ensures that you are lawfully remitting your employee’s monthly
contributions so they can reap the rewards later. You will need the following:

→ SS Forms R-1 and R-1A

→ Photocopy of Articles of Partnership
→ Business location sketch or map

49
→ Validated Miscellaneous Payment Return also known as SS Form R-6 or SS Form
R-6 with Special Bank Receipt (proof of payment for the Employer Registration
Plate)
4. Register with other government-mandated agencies

Once the business began its operations and they’ve hired a number of employees,
registration with other government-mandated agencies must follow through.

→ The new National Health Insurance Act (RA 7875/RA 9241) is requiring all
employers in the Philippines to register their employees with Philippine Health
Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) and to remit their share of contribution to the
said agency. Registering your employees ensure that they are going to be covered
by this health insurance which can help greatly in reducing hospitalization costs
and their other health care needs.
→ Pag-IBIG FUND. As stated in RA 7742, SSS members who earn at least Php4,000
per month must be registered with the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF)
which is the agency that administers the Pag-IBIG Fund. This agency works
towards providing its members with sufficient housing (loans) through an
effective saving scheme.
5. Obtain a Business Permit or Mayor’s Permit

This is required since your business location is under the LGU’s area of
governance. Just like in barangay, your business should conform to the LGU’s standards.
This document can only be acquired after securing a Certificate of Registration from
SEC, Barangay Clearance, and registration with the SSS since these documents would be
required to get a business permit. The fees, requirements, and processes may vary in
different local offices. Fees for new applicants may depend on their starting capital while
charges for renewals depend on the applicant’s prior year gross revenues or sales. Here
are the basic requirements in obtaining a Mayor’s Permit:

→ Business Permit Application Form

→ Barangay Clearance
→ Certificate of SEC Registration
→ Public Liability Insurance (for Restaurants, Cinemas, Malls, etc.)
→ Authorization Letter of the owner/s with ID
→ Contract of a lease (if renting a space) or land title/tax declaration (if you own the
place of business)
→ SSS Certification or Clearance
→ Community Tax Certificate or CEDULA
6. Register your business in BIR

50
Now that you have a mayor’s permit, you can now register your business in BIR.
Registering with the Bureau of Internal Revenue will give you permission to issue
official receipts, register books of accounts, and (for partnerships and corporations) to
obtain a separate Tax Identification Number.

MANAGEMENT POLICIES, SYSTEM, AND STRATEGIES

General Management/Company Policies and Management Style

I. Hiring Process

Applicants must submit their resumes for the positions for which they are
interested in applying. Those applicants will be evaluated and sorted immediately
by management. And anyone who passes the next round will be notified through
text message on their phones. Each of them will go through a brief interview to
see if they are psychologically and physically prepared for the role they are asking
for, as well as to see if they have the skill and ability to stay with the company.
Those who successfully complete the process must submit their qualifications for
legal purpose employment.

II. Safe Working Environment

51
A safe working environment secures employees from hazards and
complies with the law by providing safety, particularly to the business conducted.
Employees are separated based on their respective jobs, and safety precautions
should be taken. To avoid skin irritations, they must wear gloves and a mask
during the laundry process. They are permitted to wear comfortable dress clothes
that allows them to move freely. Personal hygiene is necessary to avoid disease or
illness, especially when working with chemicals that contain powerful solutions.

Employees have their own baggage area where they can store their bags or
other belongings. Their belongings will be checked by the designated staff or the
owner before and after working hours to prevent thievery or asset
misappropriation.

III. Training

Training is essential for a business's success. Laundry firm requires training for its
personnel, especially because clothing is one of the basic needs of every
individual. Employees will go through some form of laundry process training
before being employed to see whether they have the capabilities required for the
role and to ensure that they will know how to correctly do their tasks to give the
customer the satisfactions they are seeking for. They will be evaluated as needed
to put their working knowledge and advancements to the test.

The owner should recognize that the staff he hires and the time he invests in
training them have a direct impact on his marketing efforts and the money he
spends on those efforts. All of the owner's best intentions to provide a clean, well-
equipped, multi-service, and appealing store to his customers will be wasted if
there are any employees who do not provide the level of service, clean
appearance, and customer-friendly attitude that his customers expect and deserve
for his investment.

The owner should always remind his personnel that their primary priority is the
interests of their customers. From greeting clients to keeping the machines and
floors clean, to keeping the bathrooms clean and properly stocked, to accepting

52
Wash-Dry-and-Fold and Pressing, to amicably addressing customer issues and
complaints, and maintaining that all-important positive attitude. Employees
should also be continuously monitored, and any personnel problems should be
addressed quickly.

Department Administrative Policies and Functions

When conducting a feasibility study for a business laundry department, it

is important to consider the administrative policies and functions that will support
its operations. These include organizational structure, staffing requirements,
recruitment and training, standard operating procedures, inventory management,
quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and safety and security. These policies
and procedures should cover all aspects of laundry operations, including sorting,
washing, drying, folding, storage, and delivery.

1. Safety Security

Safety and security policies in the laundry industry are essential for
ensuring employee safety, customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, and overall
business success.

2. Regular Office Hour

Implementing a regular office hour policy in business laundries ensures

efficiency, customer convenience, employee accountability, and a healthy work-
life balance. These benefits contribute to the smooth functioning of the laundry
operations, enhanced customer satisfaction, and a positive work environment.

3. Compensated Time

A compensated time policy is important to business laundry operations as

it promotes employee satisfaction, fairness, compliance with labor laws,
productivity, talent attraction and retention, and overall reputation and customer
satisfaction.

housekeeping services to tourists.

business seminar that will equip you and provide you with the best laundry

MODULE 5: SOCIO ECONOMIC ASPECT

This study in socio-economics in general provides information about the study of

business as well as its environmental impact. This will cover the advantages that can be
provided to clients, business owners, and employees, as well as how to protect the
environment from the chemicals that are essential to the washing industry or laundry
businesses.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC IMPACT

Customers who are searching for a laundry shop that would accommodate self-
service or full services for cleaning their clothes at a reasonable price are sure to find joy
in the proposed laundry business, "WashUp Laundry." In addition to providing
convenience to the customers, the business will assist the clients in making the most of
their time for other tasks.

CONTRIBUTION TO THE ECONOMY

The proposed business will benefit the economy by providing employment to

every individual, particularly those living in the study area. This will provide a source of
income for the hired employees and their families. This business will hire locals. It will
also promote the business and contribute to competition, lowering product prices while
maintaining product quality.

CONTRIBUTION TO THE GOVERNMENT

As Filipino citizens, the business owners will pay their statutory tax obligations.
Taxation will assist the government in raising revenue to improve public services and
government initiatives.

56
CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY

The laundry business makes significant contributions to society by providing

essential services that save individuals time and effort in their daily lives. By offering
convenient and professional laundry services, such as washing, drying, and folding
clothes, allowing people to focus on other important tasks or spend quality time with their
families. Additionally, the laundry industry fosters environmental responsibility,
community support, and personal well-being.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Cleaning agents' effects on the environment are a result of the chemicals they
contain. We cannot dispute that anything we do has an immediate impact on the
environment, particularly when it entails updating our work with the aid of technology.
Simple actions, such as driving a car for transportation, can have an impact on our
environment. Perhaps the laundry industry, like CARD OPERATED LAUNDRY SHOP,
has an impact on the environment. The equipment we use emits greenhouse gases (CO2)
that contribute to the "global warming" we are currently experiencing.

The use of detergents and bleaches when washing clothes is another issue. Even
though the location is far from a river where fish can drown, detergents nevertheless have
the potential to harm the ecosystem. In the same way, a lot of the fillers used in powder
detergents are dumped down drains, wasting goods like washing soda and common salt
and clogging the sewer system and drains. Our laundry habits and synthetic detergent use
are polluting our groundwater to a certain extent.

The laundry industry is aware of the harm it causes to the above-mentioned

chemical substance's impact on the environment. The planned firm must ensure that it
will not harm either the environment or people, thus it must ensure that every drop of
water it emits is treated. Filtration will be used in the water treatment to remove
impurities by chemical and physical bonding. This process will become more efficient
and cost-friendly thanks to the proposed firm.
