I – DASHBOARD (*)

The Dashboard gives you the list of the equipment needing repair and/or if there is the
list of preventive maintenance to do.

Click on the LCS code to access the equipment datasheet and Equipment Assistance
details (see IV).

II – SEARCH AN EQUIPMENT

1 - DIRECTORY STRUCTURE

A- Find an equipment in a specific area

Click on the “+” and “-” to navigate in the


different areas of the vessel.

Vessel is divided first by area type


(Galley, Bar, Laundry…)
Then by Deck, then location etc.

At the end you find the list of the

Find the equipment list

1 – Choose an area and Click


on view list

2 –Sort out by categories on yellow line titles

3 – Export the list on excel file

2 - SEARCH BY LCS CODE

Every equipment has a sticker with a bar code


and a 6 digits number (Zeros included) :

Type the LCS code then click Search:

3 – ADVANCED SEARCH
With this option you have access to a specific list of equipment.

Sort by the category you want (One or more):

Example: Searching all rack type dishwasher on the vessel :

All rack type dishwashers are displayed:

List can be exported in excel file.

After you selected a LCS code:
You find all the information about the machine here.

IV – EQUIPMENT ASSISTANCE (*)
Maintenance follow up (*)

Some users can request assistance (ex: machine out of order)

Work order tab opens :

Explain the issue and send it;


« Ok » button:

Technician/engineer in charge of the work orders will receive the request in his/her dashboard.
Status as « REQUEST » (Red color):

Assistance responsible Accept or Refuse the work order.

If accepted, status change to « In progress » (orange color)


and technicians can be contacted to the fix the issue:

When issue is fixed, technician notify it (tick Done), then « Ok »:

When finished , status changed as « Done » (green color):

The users who asked for assistance, can close the « ticket » if satisfied :

Work order is removed from the dashboard:

Work order is archived in the dashboard.

You can see the past work orders clicking


on the Last intervention date :

You can download the past intervention
in a Excel file using the History button :

It will be downloaded by your web browser

V – SPARE PARTS (*)

For each equipment you may find the spare parts section at the bottom of the page
underneath the datasheet:

1- Choose the section where your needed part


is located.

Once you’ve selected a category , you get the spare parts list for the
corresponding exploded view:

VII – LIFE CYCLE SYSTEM UPDATES

Regularly, DL SERVICES technicians come on board to check new equipment or changes


in the catering & laundry areas.
Between 2 of our inventories, you may notify us changes.
Click on :
ADD/UPDATE/DELETE EQUIPMENT

Choose the action needed

Fill all the necessary information for each actions
