The Dashboard gives you the list of the equipment needing repair and/or if there is the
list of preventive maintenance to do.
Click on the LCS code to access the equipment datasheet and Equipment Assistance
details (see IV).

Technician/engineer in charge of the work orders will receive the request in his/her dashboard.
Status as « REQUEST » (Red color):

When issue is fixed, technician notify it (tick Done), then « Ok »:

When finished , status changed as « Done » (green color):
The users who asked for assistance, can close the « ticket » if satisfied :

Work order is removed from the dashboard:

You can download the past intervention
in a Excel file using the History button :

For each equipment you may find the spare parts section at the bottom of the page
underneath the datasheet:

Once you’ve selected a category , you get the spare parts list for the
corresponding exploded view:
