OneLeap enables talented people with great ideas to get through to the professional contacts they need for

job, investment, mentor or client opportunities.

Earned Attention Busy professionals profiled on OneLeap set a deposit to connect. Anyone wanting to
contact them must put down this deposit to send them a message. The deposit filters timewasters, allowing them to focus on people who deserve their attention people serious enough to put their money where their mouth is. When messages present mutual opportunities, the deposit can be refunded. For the rest, the money helps both sides' charities.

Contact is Broken OneLeaps co-founders created the platform because they believe contact is broken.
The internet has made us more connected in theory. But theres so much noise, because contact costs nothing, that its almost impossible to filter out the timewasters from the serious opportunities. So busy people close themselves off. And outsiders, however good their ideas, get overlooked. Both sides lose.

Making money do more Top professionals and emerging leaders want to have more of an impact
while doing business. OneLeap embeds charitable giving into professional development. Money paid on OneLeap works twice. First to test for seriousness. Then to make a difference with every connection.
