1 JOB PURPOSE
The Commercial data & reporting manager is responsible for the Data & reporting pillar in the RM & CSP
team. Mainly responsible for managing, producing and automating the full reporting and data suite for the
whole Commerce function.

2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance reporting

• Is responsible for producing the commercial performance reports for the company, disseminating
one version of the truth by collating all available data sourcing
• Automates reports and provides access to all relevant stakeholders to eliminate ad hoc report
requests
• Works with internal (IT, commerce, finance, supply chain) and external stakeholders (customers,
market data providers) to merge data sources

Data management

• Structures and integrates commercial data to enable data integration and insights generation
• Maintains commercial data policy and governance and aligns with the data streams led by IT

Commercial analysis

• Is responsible for conducting complex analysis on key commercial metrics


• Works closely with other members of the RM & CSP team to ensure data insights generation

People Management

 Maximizes output of the team by structuring resources and activities 


 Ensures agile ways of working to continuously improve customer proposition 
 Coaches team members to optimize performance, development and career advancement

5 REQUIREMENTS
 English Language proficiency: fluent
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in reporting area / commercial data
 Deep understanding of commercial area
 Able to design simple and relevant commercial reports from large sets of data
 People management / people coordination experience
 Experience with Power BI or Qlik View technology is a plus
 In depth knowledge of FMCG area is a plus
 Experience in data architecture build-up is a plus
