Job Summary

Wego is looking for an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) technical/functional engineer to

become the global technical OTM Analyst & lead for the organization. This is an excellent
opportunity for a techno-functional OTM expert looking to make a large impact on a growing global
business. Wego went live on OTM in July 2019, but currently is not taking advantage of many of
its features and potential automations. Our new Supply Chain leadership team is looking to do a
large scale re-implementation to leverage automations in multiple areas of the transportation
supply chain lifecycle. We are looking for an experienced OTM Analyst who can be a driving force
for these changes, not just technically but also architecturally. You will also be responsible for
ongoing production support, as well as smaller enhancements.

This an individual contributor role, and will require an engineer who is ready to “get their hands
dirty” while also contributing ideas to positively impact the business. You will join the fast-paced IT
team supporting Wego’s global operations, currently consisting of 5 members. You will report to
the Global IT Manager for ERP & Business applications, with frequent functional reporting to our
Supply Chain organization which includes $50MM+ of logistics spend across ocean, rail, truck,
and multi-modal shipments. The ideal candidate for this position must have hands on experience
configuring, customizing, and integrating OTM in the cloud, and a keen interest in working with
customer-facing business leaders on solving complex problems and maintaining a continuous-
improvement mentality in business operations. We are looking for a long term teammate who
wants to grow with the organization.

Majority of the employee base is located in the Americas, with more than half based in NY. The
working schedule for this position is M-F. Our preference for hours would be 8a-5p Eastern Time,
but we are open to 8a-5p Central European Time as well.

Responsibilities
 Leverage Oracle OTM modules to solve complex business problems
 Participate in full projects from concept to launch, with architectural and technical
responsibilities
 Manage defects by determining root cause, implement corrective action and document
findings in Zendesk ticketing tool
 Monitor and maintain system health monitors so deviations from the norm are detected
early
 Work directly with business partners to define/refine requirements in Solution and
Dashboards
 Manage OTM Integrations in both Inbounds and Outbounds with other system (ERP,
Tracking companies)
  Work cross-functionally with Wego Supply Chain organization as well as with SCM &
Technical leads on the IT team to produce positive business outcomes for the
organization
 Participate in weekly meetings and track project progress in Asana

Qualifications
 Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information
Systems or related field.
 Excellent problem solving skills
 Customer-focused and goal-oriented
 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
 Experience with Oracle SQL
 5+ years of work experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
 Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM/WMS is a big plus
 Able gather requirements, develop and implement solid processes
 Detailed understanding of the configuration and architecture of Oracle OTM
