Dear Paola,

I am writing to follow up on what we have planned regarding the “Happy Children's

Foundation” project.

New people were hired to help us with the planning and strategies for this project, to get
over the results. To get this done, it is necessary to set up a financial and organizational
strategy. People in my area and some of the new arrivals will be sent to a training course
on sensitization about children in vulnerable conditions, so they can create a
communication strategy and different activities we can apply with these children.

My boss and I are being contacted by administration and budget areas to allocate money
for this project, as far as I know, the answer may be sent tomorrow.

As soon as I have the answer, work teams will be started working on this new project and
things will get done on time so we can write and send the final proposal before December
21st.
